no.Not a big fan of SISU by a long stretch of imagination, but is it just possible they may be right in getting us ready for the 2012.13 season when all clubs have to live within their means ? If planning to survive this season is SISU's aim, we will, as SISU state be ready for next season and be far ahead of the other clubs.
No way will some clubs be able to afford their massive wage bills if their income doesn't cover it, or splash out huge transfer fees on players.
Just playing "devil's advocate" here, not promoting SISU as the "real deal".
Maybe just think about it from a business having to live within it's means.
Totally agree they are hiding behind it, the rules havent been agreed for the championship yet , perhaps they are getting us ready for league 1The "fair play" rules is a smokescreen which Sisu must have loved when it became apparent. By the way have the rulings been bought in yet?
Out of interest what will actually happen to clubs that don't live within their means? I've not seen this published anywhere.

I agree Tommy that maybe SISU are trying to create a sustainable business but I just cannot see how thats possible in this division without new players. I suspect that they have taken the simple view that the numbers who will turn up come what may will be about 7 - 10 k and they will turn up in Div 1 and so lets cut our cloth to that ambition. Have a squad ready for Div One as thats a sustainable model with cheaper players and lower income and its a model that requires no investment.
Come back in frigging April and ask the same question, what are you deaf, dumb and blind ?Not a big fan of SISU by a long stretch of imagination, but is it just possible they may be right in getting us ready for the 2012.13 season when all clubs have to live within their means ?
