Its been quite funny watching dart go into overdrive. Its very desperate stuff, even worse when I'm not at the computer much as just login and read it all in one go.

Weren't the emails and documents also sent to the telegraph? They said they had received them too but had to check with their lawyers. The same as they were sent to whoever looks after the ccfc website.

LOL, it looks that way. Funny really in his battle with Simon Gilbert, both of them present a different slant on the same story.

But I think the reason Joy came out with the second open letter is that she may have got a bit miffed when Duggan went on the radio and lied a bit.

It’s a fair assumption to say that even if he did have a copy of the email prior to SISU releasing it, he may have decided it would be best not to submit something that may possibly form part of the evidence bundle of an ongoing court case.

Certainly done more proper journalism than the gumps at the CT this last 4 years.
