They haven't really invested in the team for 3 years. We have been gradually reduced to a team of home grown youth players on minimal wages. SP has done wonders under the circumstances. It's a race to the bottom with these utter cunts !

They are not really doing a great job racing for the bottom. Even with the advantage of stating on minus 10 they can't seem to manage that simple task. Utterly useless they are.

You and I both know that they have struck gold in Pressley and probably Waggott but don't piss yourself pal we're in League One FFS !

What on earth do you mean?

Who's been funding the club for years?

Have you considered the loans may ( or may not? ) have an 'option to buy' clause.

Please grow-up and open your mind.

I think what is really important is that the club has adopted a blueprint for the style and type of play and only want players who will fit in. When Presley eventually moves on he will be replaced with a manager who is already using that type and style.
Continuity is key - even if individual players or even the manager is replaced.

Why spend money now when playoffs are now out of sight this season.
Best to wait to the summer.
Anything that happens is sisu fault are't we lucky we have someone to blame.
Have you not realised that crowds of 2,000 does not bring in enough money to invest in a Team. SP been able to bring in two loanees that would be way out of our budget, if purchased.

I forgot the window had closed already.

Anyway, how can you blame sisu when everyone is starving them of money and not attending home games. I'm all for the boycott but you can't have it both ways.

Got any evidence that they've pocketed his fee?

I agree with your sentiment but can you define 'The club' because if you mean 'I don't like football' Joy and that waste of oxygen Fisher then 90% won't buy into it ! Besides managers are all very very different as we know from experience, unless SISU have extracted some cells and DNA and plan to clone our Steven. Of course if the scumbags don't win the JR then we won't have a club I doubt and if they do we'll have one minus most of the fans who won't follow them to their shitty LEGOLAND dream stadium anyway.

Maybe some need to be open minded as to why these unknown people are funding this business,, because its not for the love, desire or need to be successful..Open minded is one thing blinded by bollocks us another, we have sold a proven goalscorer for two players both full of potential but both owned by others in higher and better run clubs....Lastly, SP didn't believe in loan players!! funny that maybe he has come to know what is promised and what is delivered are two different things when it comes to Sisu....

Please answer one simple question, if they (Sisu) have been funding the club for years, who will have to pay them back?

I think the work with the 'blueprint' started back when Waggott came in. The way we play now should in principle be the 'trade mark football of ccfc'. It means the club will replace persons filling a role in the system will be replaced by someone able to fill that role going forward. Yes, people (even managers) are different, but when drawing up a shortlist they will for someone equally or better to fill that role.
Oh and btw - if they win the JR the club is more likely to return to the Ricoh than if they lose - in my opinion.

Loan players are not investment RFC and others - they are a stop gap! The lack of fans is nonsense - they moved out of the City - Tim Fisher was told in no uncertain terms what the fans would do and he guaranteed the funding for 3-5 years to the football league. I didn't realise that meant no investment RFC

They have 1% chance of winning the Judicial review

Their plan is simple: Charge a massive rent.

As opposed to management fees and interest on loans, remind me again, annually what was the total of fees and interest again? Makes me think of when I was starting out at work, my old boss used to give me the sub when I was skint and he used to say "give it me when you have it" and I don't remember ever paying him a management fee for being my boss either. You always claim to try and give the balanced approach so when you bring up the massive rent issue, surely to be balanced you would also bring up management fees and interest on loans too? otherwise how can you be balanced?

So you would rather we had brought in players with less ability and less adapt to our style of play - but on a permanent basis - as oposed to PL and Champion League experienced players on a loan basis?

and you know that because you are a lawyer and have intimate knowledge of all documents and arguements that will be presented to the court?

You're in for a shock.

Why do you think that? Why was the initial attempt thrown out without thought? I wouldn't say that to you Edgy - I have no idea it just seems bizarre that a company that doesn't care for following the law would thrown stones in their glass house wouldn't you say?

It depends what you are hoping happens? i would prefer to sign players of the best quality we can but I would prefer them to be contracted to us so that SP can build something that will last. My fear is that Otium are not here for the long haul

People would moan if we had Messi as he would be "too small".

Where do you think I got it from? My head, my opinion. I can't believe it has come to this!!

You think it's 50:50???

I think sisu are likey to win this one, but we will see.
But if you are unsure - as I am - maybe you should be more open to what the result could be. Even if that means you need to accept 'the other parties' may in the end have to carry a large proportion of the blame.
