A lot of Sisu apologists on various threads today are trying to say that the council scuppered the deal !!
I distinctly remember an agreed deal in which Sisu walked away with fisher claiming it wasn't worth it due to the fact they would not get any extra revenue from the deal !!!!!!

You sure you're not confusing the rent negotiations (which Sisu walked off from) with the negotiations for Higgs share (which HoT were agreed then Sisu went quiet) or the negotiations for the CCC share (which CCC got cold feet on)

"It wasn't financially viable" (Fisher at the forums IIRC). Which, assuming its the rights we sold, means even with 100% football related income and 50% of the rest were still not viable.
