I don't believe SISU have any intentions of building a new ground, this is the key to SISUs game plan and eventual exit strategy.

If they win this high court action, it may spell the end for ACL and put them under, SISU will then hope to buy the Ricoh on the cheap.

There's nobody intetested anymore. Haskells out ( cant blame him) ) byng's bid was a non starter . I'm afraid as fisher said" sisu are in it for the long haul"

Agreed. I don't know much about venture capitalism/hedge funds. Is this just sharp end business played out in public? Does it push the boundaries, or just standard business practice. Seems abhorrent to me.
