it’s just wrong - it’s a corrupt World Cup purchased with dirty Money. Pretty distasteful.
It doesn't make someone an asshole for attending the games though. Some perspective needed.

Same amount of compassion you have shown to people who have actually died building the stadiums tbf
No it isn't but somebody who rails against the likes of SISU being involved in football should not really embrace this farce IMHOYeah I agree. Digs at CJ are a little harsh. The World Cup should never have been awarded to Qatar, but is that CJs fault?

Let’s be honest, ethical challenges are everywhere when it comes to spending your hard earned. Apple, Samsung and Nike have all been accused of abhorrent practices…and to be fair the list of other companies is huge.
At the end of the day it’s up to individuals to educate themselves and make the choices they feel comfortable with.
Some on here need to have a word with themselves. If someone thinks someone has behaved badly and has evidence, fair enough, but having a go at someone for going to a football match? Next we'll be checking where people have bought their clothes from when attending the CBS, in case a sweat shop was involved, then outing people who paid to go corporate, as they could have sat in the cheap seats and diverted the extra money to the homeless. People in glass houses and all that.
WANKERS
Don't be a dick. I don't agree with the World Cup being in Qatar, but no need to have a go at those wanting to follow their country - particularly with what CJ is going through at the moment. Do you show the same disdain for people going on holiday to Dubai? To other countries with pure human rights records? Do you have a list of what/where is allowable and what/where isn't that we can all refer to?
that whole comment can be levelled at anyone with a petrol/diesel car. The economy is propped up by oil sales far more than a football tournamentKnowingly financially supporting a country where people have died building the stadiums and same sex couples arent allowed to book a hotel room together doesn't make you a good person unfortunately
I miss Kalns and his Twitter again - are he and James Alexander still regulars on Twitter? And that guy something west?
Most of those accounts have been shut down I think James (Ginetta) is still at it
SydneySkyBlue?
Yes “do the really want to know you murdered your wife in the bath while drunk” - there was some ridiculous threat they’d tell my boss and to be fair they’d actually found his name.
Considering the bloke had met my wife on several occasions when I gave one of them his mobile number they just didn’t get it.
Further abuse
Seems the pile on to make me some sort of pariah is continuing, enabled by @Grendel and now involving Les Reid and @Flemoil. For people to be going back more than two years to find things I've posted on twitter to make a point seems somewhat weird. Especially when they've blocked me so I've...www.skybluestalk.co.uk
That is a massive false equivalence. We can’t control where products that we need for daily life come from. We can however chose whether or not to visit these countries and directly hand over money to the regime.that whole comment can be levelled at anyone with a petrol/diesel car. Ah yes ex council and sky blue leaders very own piece of photo shop

“Give us 5 minutes love just got to finish up the edit for my website”
I love how they add their logo prominently as if anyone else was hard up enough to have tried to post it as their ownAh yes ex council and sky blue leaders very own piece of photo shop

Not really. There’s the choice to use public transport, or buy an electric vehicle. That is a massive false equivalence. We can’t control where products that we need for daily life come from. We can however chose whether or not to visit these countries and directly hand over money to the regime.
Actually think it's a better model having an annual membership but not sure you can just expire lifetime memberships already purchased.
Was it the only authority to have had grooming gangs that went flushed out?Potential defamation here - it’s Rochdale not Rotherham and took some time to confirm identity
Poll: The trust - fit for purpose?
Don't come on here much anymore as not worth the hassle. Just want to point out that I am not on the Trust Board, however I go to meetings when I can and fully support the Sky Blue Trust and what they stand for. That's why I said Steve before CJ / Moz. What do they actually stand for? Nobody...www.skybluestalk.co.uk

Haven’t they been writing to ALL parties on a monthly basis for months now asking them all to get around the table and get this sorted? Yes. In fact more than monthly.www.skybluestalk.co.uk
So you know him personally do you?Nah, he knew what was going on and did nothing about it so he's as complict as the guys who did it and then tried to defend them (and still does) got no time for that
Not questioning his committment to the club just stating the fact he has the morals of a sewer rat
You’ve seen on this thread already “we’ve been through this”, “I’ve answered your questions”, “I have other things going on”.Personally I think we need full details and names of those on the Trust board that did these shocking acts to fellow sky blue fans and their careers. It is disgusting and they must be called out to make sure they never get involved with the club or supporters ever again, including anyone on the board who encouraged or turned a blind eye to it. Sorry CJ you come across as a top fella but you or someone else who can be trusted need at some point to put in black and white what happened and who was responsible. Their behaviour teetered on the brink of criminality and needs to be called out.
Yes I have but that's very sad if the key individuals do not provide information, £ still feel establishing a list of the SBT 'wrong uns' is vital to the club and its supporters moving forward. You’ve seen on this thread already “we’ve been through this”, “I’ve answered your questions”, “I have other things going on”.
They will do anything other than admit to it and apologise.
It's old news must be 10 differant threads on here about it, as for Qatar who even cares another corrupt decision made by the world that is football.Amazing that most of the talk here has been about the merits of the Qatar World Cup and not what the trust were up to. Amazing what people will do to deflect from their mates.
