Its because they have always needed someone to hate and to be honest its the fans who have never kicked a ball in their life
Well to be fair, Hussey looked like he had never kicked a ball in his life tonight.
He was no worse than some others on the pitch in a City shirt. Some fans just need someone to pick on.
Baker was dreadful too and he got stick as well.
Don't think it was needing to pick on someone.
Hussey and Baker's performances tonight were nowhere near what is required of a professional footballer and I think the fans saw that.
I hate booing but you could see it building up with every mistake.
Brown was almost equally shit. Baker, Hussey and Brown for me were shockingly bad.
I was really pleased Hussey scored the pen. I was fearing the worst when he stepped up and I think the reaction from the fans would have been dreadful had he missed.
It was one of the worst individual Sky Blue player performances I have ever seen in recent years though. I couldn't believe just how bad he was and all those sitting around me were saying the same.
None of us were booing mind.
Agree. As a footballer I would say Chris Hussey is a much better player.
Don't know how Reece Brown made it in the world of professional football.
I really don't think Reece Brown is that bad, all the ingredients are there he is just making the odd bad decision which is costing us at the moment.
I think people are going way overboard.
Agreed.
Can only put it down to City fans being so starved of success for so long that the frustration has now reached boiling point.
Booing surely defeats the entire object of wanting the player in question to improve his performance.
Nonsense, you or I don't boo and we're just as starving.
Not going to shoot you down, but do have to pick you up on the 'he would find himself with the ball without an easy pass to pick out.'
Thing was last night, he did have easy passes to make and when he tried to makes easy passes (5 to 10 yards to a teammate) those passes were just truly dreadful.
Booing. Cause and effect.
Agreed.
