It must all be down to Boothroyd, young talent being sold over his head, falling gates, no money .... yea its all his fault??????????????? What are Sisu playing at? do they think this is what the fans wanted? A new manager in mission impossible every season??? We are a joke, if i was Boothroyd id be tellin every manager who is out of work .. yea they have no money or fans but expect miracles ...oh yea and they dont own any land whatsoever either, give it a wide berth. I cant describe how shocked and puzzled i am without swearin alot......

I don't personally think it is all his fault. At some points we did show good football (Palace, Sheff Utd) and I can't help but think he was unlucky with injuries :(

Yeah its kind of a shame to lose Aidy, he's been a good manager... perhaps the first in a long time to actually give progress to the club. Ultimately I don't think the board had much choice though looking at his shocking record of late... The Bristol result particularly pissed me off and at that moment in time I was all up for him being sacked ! Inderstand why he's been sacked but at the same time I always think its pointless sacking a manager at the end of the season..... How many times do we need to make that same mistake.... Keep a damn manage for another season just for once !

one win in sixteen says it all - the squad is not totally crap, we should be doing better than that! I'm actually pleased he's gone but it doesn't escape the fact that we will need a bloody good manager to get us out of this mess.

Contrary to most on here, I would rather we played it on the floor and lost well rather than losing hoof ugly which is what we are playing - the brand of hoofball under Boothroyd was the worst I've ever seen in 20 years of watching football.

I agree, long ball is a waste if time when the whole team are crap in the air. When we have buit up from tha back and played FOOTBALL we are not that bad a side.

We have been watching Aidy get more and more in to Coleman mode, recently just standing like a bump on a log and watching us go down the pan, writing silly little notes rather than trying something.

Sad hes gone but glad hes gone.

He had a tough job, but his job essentially is to succeed with the players available to him. He didn't do this. He's not the first manager to have decisions taken over his head and won't be the last, here or in other clubs.

There are many clubs who have been in same situation, with players being sold over their heads and a bad run of injuries. They dont seem to go on a run as bad as we do/have, so it cant be put all down to that.
