Thankfully Bristol & WBA have some tough fixtures

What’s the chances the arse fulls out of Sunderland and we sneak 4th?
I'm not so sure. Bristol City v WBA will be massive. I can see the winner of that joining us in the playoffs. As things stand a draw would be excellent for us.
I would like to think we would have our playoff place confirmed by the Middlesbrough game.Important not to lose v Boro and WBA. Two draws fine, do that and we'll be in imo
I agree with you. It's exactly what I have been saying myself. But after their game with Burnley the next 5, although not an easy run, are all winnable. Their harder games are at home until they play Leeds at the end of April. If they get more 2 more points than us, fair play to them. Looking at their remaining games, there’s no easy games remaining for them.
Bristol don’t tend to travel well and away games at Burnley, QPR, Luton and Leeds… they will drop points.
They will beat us I think, they are fighting to secure automatic promotion.Based on yesterday I can see us beating a slightly creaky Sheff.Utd.
That for me would seal it.

We could do with Burnley giving them a pasting. Put the GD in our favour and get some kind of result in our game against Sheffield United.
Yep-this one could be pivotal. We also play WBA at the CBS which could be a huge game
Middlesbrough looked very fortunate to get a draw at Luton who missed two or three decent chances. It's hard to see them putting a decent run together, but, they do have some decent attacking players so not ruling them out yet. Anybody below them I think are too far away. Can't see anyone below Boro at this point, although I think Boro themselves are also pretty shite and will fall away.
I don't think a great deal of WBA or my pre season dark horses Bristol City, but both are tough to beat and thus probably more suited to running the course.
I think we're a better team than both as it happens but we need to prove it.

They've got four very winnable home gamesIf they get more 2 more points than us, fair play to them. Looking at their remaining games, there’s no easy games remaining for them.

Where'd you get this from Evo?
I'm assuming it's available for all teams?
reallyThey've got four very winnable home games
They've got four very winnable home games
it is 36 points from 19 - only the top 4 betterTheir home form is impressive and has been for a long time but even they beat the likes of Sunderland and WBA, it does us no harm because we’re in competition with those teams too.
Watford, WBA, Sunderland and PNE are not easy games. Besides, it’s their away form that generally lets them down and at this stage of the season they probably can’t afford to win-lose. They’ve won one away game this side of the new year.
I wouldn't fancy playing Burnley over two legs. Their ability to shut a game down would be absolutely toxic to us.There’s every chance we could beat Sheff U or Burnley. They’ll obviously be difficult games but we go into the Sheff U game in as the in-form team in the league. I’d be happy with 2 draws but if we score first in either game, I’d back us to win.
Last season, we beat Leeds and Leicester but lost every other game against the teams around us!![]()
We can at last count ourselves as being a big club again. We might only be in level two butI love that we're doing this.
This is the first time I can ever remember that we're running down the clock to see if we get there. This is something that happens to other clubs, not us.
Even the year we got there it was a case of chasing the "big clubs", now its us being one of them and cementing our position
Even then we would only need to win half of our games to stay aheadThey've got four very winnable home games
I mean tbf a 50% win rate although a regression from the last 12 games is greater than our last 15 and obviously better than a long term historical norm.Even then we would only need to win half of our games to stay ahead
It wouldn't take much to pull clear. Win our next game and there's a good chance of making a 5 point gap to 7th as they are playing Burnley away.Anyone below Middlesbrough has gone in my opinion. Games running out, there's 2 in a week after the international break then 2 over Easter. We'll be in a situation soon where only 3 teams can catch us
2 hardest games left? Yes I'd take 2 points right now. That would be 5 points from Sunderland, Sheffield United and Burnley. That's nearly 2 points a game average. Good chance it would keep us in the top 6 with easier games to come.Would we take a point from both Sheff Utd & Burnley before hand ?
Wilder is an arrogant manager & Parker has the most boring team in the division.
We have now got Hadji back & although 2 main midfielders are still out , we have enough to cause any team problems & I think it’s about time other clubs started to worry about us for a change .
The league’s in form team & getting consistent results , wins not draws , to keep us in 5th position .

wouldnt be the 1st time we have shaken hands on a resultAlright me luvs.
I gotta be honest, I didn’t think either of us would be in the play off conversation when we played each other at your place a little while ago, but here we are! Exciting isn’t it though? Fair play to you lot, you’re on some run.
Our fixtures do look tasty but I’m hoping Leeds and Sunderland won’t have anything to play for by the time we play them. Sunderland are already looking ahead to be fair. WBA at home for us looks massive and our home record has been pretty good this season.
Wouldn’t mind seeing us both make it![]()
