When my wife taught in Scotland she had a student who was widely known to be a clinical psychopath but could not get a diagnosis due to age. He would try to start fires, put drawing pins in teacher’s drinks etc.It's just surreal watching that clip of Axel as a boy on Doctor Who and thinking years later he'll go on to do the most evil crime.
