I understand the idea of giving people time but we're going backwards, quite literally a lot of the time, and are in danger of being well and truly in a relegation battle.

If there was any sign of progress then I'd say keep him but it's indefensible. More than just the performances, it's the tactics and team selection not to mention the number of players he falls out with. Something is very wrong and I think Pressley is a big part of the problem. He said himself it should be promotion this season, we're miles away from that.

Just speechless. Conceded 4 in 8, 16 points from 10. Then this shower of shite.

Think it's time to move on. Squad is too good on paper to be in a relegation battle, only one to blame. Useless.

People will just continue to blame SISU rather than Pressley. We have ex pros, opposition managers and our own players judging by their body languages not agreeing with him or seeing what he is trying to do.

Sadly like in the inept unproffesional clown like manner that they run the club, the f*cking morons that own the club, will continue to defend the indefencible and back Pressley and the useless inept clown like manner that he runs the team in. There appears to be a common theme with them!

Defend that SP!

What a load of absolute tosh!
I can't remember one point in the game when we actually looked like we were dangerous!
For info, I watched on the telly tonight, I haven't been to a match since October because i wont pay to watch the brand of football we are playing. Still following the news and views on here and other sites and always will.
Glad I didn't buy a season ticket when we moved home!

We need to get rid of him before we do go down, learn from Thorn. Our squad is much better than where we are!

Disagree Nick, I think most sensible people can see that Pressley needs to go and judging on tonight's posts most sensible people seem to blame Pressley. He picks the team, he picks the players he wants at the club, he chooses the tactics, he takes training and decides who goes. We can blame Sisu for a lot but fuck me Pressley is just shit.

I said on a thread a while ago about a change of manager and used Gary Rowett as an example of managers who can be plucked from lower leagues who actually can show that they know what they are doing. Can someone please show me where Pressley has any clue on what he is doing?

I can't argue with a lower league manager who knows the leagues, the players etc. I think that's what we need!

Have a look on Twitter at the Extremists!

This is awful! We need these clowns gone! #sisuout
this will not change until there is investment in the team, simple. #SISU out, you are a cancer killing this club.

Living in Southampton I,m never likely to get to many games but tonight,s performance finished me off! The manager has to go but can SISU afford to sack him?

You'll be able to go and watch us at Fratton Park and Eastleigh next season at this rate!

I said judging by tonight's posts (meaning this forum). Who actually takes twitter seriously? I mean, it makes the posters on here look like they could be on mastermind, except maybe RFC.

The one guy we have who can run through defences playing not as a supporting attacker but as left midfield. Clueless.

As the biggest SISU critic in the world, even I can't blame them for his tactical ineptitude. Whatever our wage budget, those players should be doing better than they are. A good manager would see them top half, at least.

Bit of a general statement there Nick.

I had big doubts when I saw our squad pre season. I have wanted SP out for a few months now. I was said to be deluded when I first started saying that I wanted rid of him. I have defended SISU over this matter several times. He may not have had a massive pot to play with. But he had enough for an average manager to have us mid table. A good manager to have us near the top. But his decisions have been poor. He sounds deluded. We can't keep going on like this.

We will stay up despite the managers best efforts to take us down, tbh tonight was expected. Its his performance over the last 12 months which means he should go, not tonights match

In the normal course of events, you would expect a club close to the bottom to be soundly beaten by the top club. The shock is that anyone is surprised.
Our main aim, as I've said from the start of the season, is to avoid relegation. Getting anywhere near the play-offs with this team/manager/owners is a futile dream.
