The EFL has also received an undertaking from the Club’s ownership that they will not put forward an application to the EFL Board to permanently relocate the Club to anywhere outside the Coventry area.
Firstly, the uk courts have found that the ground was not undersold.
Secondly, the first groundshare was not forced - the club left off their own accord.
And thirdly, why have the EFL ditched the 6 mile rule again....
And here is me thinking the EFL would only allow us to play in Coventry or 6 mile radius of town centre.....Spineless bastards
Should have removed the golden ticket from Sisu and stopped them from having anything to do with football.....
Made the mistake of looking on there. Some of the shit that was being written was really boiling my piss. Bunch of thick cunts.Fuck the wankers on Facebook,. Not one that I have seen has layed any blame on Wasps or CCC!
All three parties are culpable!
If this is true how about coach travel as part of buying season ticket. Then I’d go, don’t live in Coventry and wouldn’t drive to Brum l would like my car to stay in one piece
As much bullshit as the wasps and council bullshit.Interesting in the CCFC article
Funny I was thinking that tooIf I ever contract an incurable illness I'll make it my end of life mission to casually sit among the parasites in the Ricoh and blow the whole fkn thing apart.
Go back to Facebook. ClownI f***ing hate SISU, b**t***s, we are Coventry not bloody Birmingham B, well that is me completely out of any games at all next season. Once was a disaster, twice is totally unforgivable. SISU thanks for leaving such a stain on our club, now just f off !!
Handy for me, but the best thing is that Wasps don't get a fucking penny from us.
Could it be that the EC may say 'we haven't seen any evidence of wrongdoing' within the next 12 months, in which case (assuming SISU don't appeal to the Lord God above) then there would be no grounds for not reigniting a deal?Just a one year deal at St. Andrews.
That just causes more uncertainty.
If it is true that Wasps want any costs covered, we aren't returning to the Ricoh anytime soon and therefore we need to be covering ourselves for at least the next three years.
What a pile of crap all round.
Sisu should have dropped the legal action, but the council should have protected and helped the club and Wasps shouldn't have been such total twats.
That is one crumb of comfort, they've now lost 25 event days a year (and the costs associated yes) and the rent.
Look at this clown, almost like he is proud that his story seemed to have a helping hand in the situation
All we can do as fans is get up to some games and support the team. Yes it’s more inconvenient but just get up there when you can. Anything is better than nothing.
The only other thing we could do (but we’d need a decent supporters club or somebody to take it on...) is get organised and put some pressure on wasps and the council. Protests probably won’t achieve a lot unless they’re very disruptive which risks fans getting themselves into trouble. One thing that needs to happen is to change the narrative a bit and show that for all SISU have done wrong wasps and the council have been at least as bad.
Few ideas;
Supporters groups need to educate people and get some more info out.
Local journalists need to be out under pressure to get things out and not just be the councils lapdogs.
Local councillors and MPs need to be pressured to raise this again in parliament.
Local business written to and asked to end sponsorship deals with wasps.
Adverts taken out in local media and social media to apply pressure.

The replies are hilarious. Every one of them telling them he's talking shit and doesn't know what he's on about. Is this guy really a journalist
The Telegraph and CWR should be hammering this question with Wasps. If they and the council are certain they are in the right why the need for indemnification? It is odd how much fuss is being made of the indemnity from the Wasps side.

Probably already started work on another book.

Another one for the Trust to push. Get a list of sponsors and contact details and encourage everyone, respectfully, to let them know they will no longer get business from our fans.We should organise a boycott of any business who sponsors or invests in wasps.
Same with this, Trust should line up business after business that loses out from this to release statements condemning Wasps and talking about the negative impact on the local economy.Casino won't be happy. Big loss of income.
This was the season I was going to start taking my son up. Absolutely gutted about this.
It’s mostly been a pleasure.
That would be state aid again thought wouldn't it?Shouldn't the Council imdenify Wasps, given they are potentially the ones that undersold the Ground?
The club have merely pointed out that a law has potentially been broken haven't they?
Forget the trust. They won’t do shit as per. We have to do it.Another one for the Trust to push. Get a list of sponsors and contact details and encourage everyone, respectfully, to let them know they will no longer get business from our fans.

I thought they were called "Preservation Sky Blues"? Surely the bit were the statement said that the deal offered could bankrupt the club should impact his view?
I wish people would read the article rather than just spout stuff.
Why are Wasps insisted on indemnity then you apologist prick?
