ST seats not reserved for the Exeter game. (1 Viewer)

A lot of people ordered tickets online for the Yeovil game and they didn't get posted out, then had to queue for hours to collect tickets on the day
Order them on priority day as a season ticket holder and if they don't arrive in time I'll pay for them.

Or if you don't want to risk it, pay cash on the gate

the site is awful, but with only st holders buying it should be fine when ordering.

This is exactly the point. We realised that it would be a shambles queueing for your tickets last Saturday so made a special trip to Coventry to collect them on Friday. This is because the club couldn't be bothered to post them even though we had bought season tickets. It is entirely because of this useless service that we will not be attending the Exeter game. They need to get their act together quickly. Imagine if we drew Chelsea at home in the cup.

Then people would be queuing overnight for tickets no doubt ;)

I am glad people have found something else to moan about. Sitting in a season ticket seat for the whole season fo. On league games is really important.

I hope people can deal with the small handful of games that will apply

Of course people will deal with it. Have a look at the attendance for the Exeter game and you will see how people have dealt with it.

I can see the headline, 10,000 city fans refuse to go to Exeter Match because they can't sit in an exact seat for this one game.

Tickets go on sale 3 days before general sale, I don't see the problem...

You'll have your chance to get your seat before anyone else or am I missing something?

How can they give everyone their regular seat if they're not opening all the stands? As there's priority for ST holders I'd imagine most of them just buy their own seat if they sit in a stand that will be open. Just logon the first day of priority and order your regular seat.

It's not like it will be sold out so the absolute worst case scenario is you have to sit somewhere else for one game - not that much of an issue surely?

You still keep harping about this 'same seat' nonsense. Can you really be that dumb that you have failed to understand the points being made?

So you login the first day they are for sale, you order a ticket, they get delivered to your house with time to spare. If you leave it until the last minute then you might have to queue which would be a pain and I can understand that. The other option is just rock up and pay cash on the turnstyle and get a random seat.

We know the club are as organised as shit at the minute so plan in advance and it will be fine. I ordered tickets on the Thursday and they were here by the Tuesday, I then only had to queue to get through the turnstyle and didn't have to drive to the shop for anything.

Nothing dumb about it, it is called using common sense rather than whinging like a bitch and making a huge deal out of nothing. Maybe it is dumb, just can't see the big deal about it?

Nope. You failed in the first sentence. It hasn't happened which is why we won't bother. Having bought season tickets on the first day we still had to bugger about getting our tickets, and our STs have still not arrived. You cannot rely on them to sell tickets in a competent manner for an 11000 crowd after the Yeovil fiasco.

Travelling to Coventry to collect tickets for a game you have already paid for is not on. You just seem to fail to grasp that, and it is not bitching over nothing if that is what you have to do to see a game at the lowly level we play. Random seats are not on either, due to mobility issues there is no possibility of me having a seat in row ZZ.

Your agenda may be to defend these incompetent clowns come what may. That is your prerogative. But it is also the prerogative of the thousands who encounter this incompetence to stay away in future, and they will do so. Then we hear people like you 'whining like a bitch' again at the very people the club need to attract because they won't put up with being treated like dirt. When the club start driving away people like me they will certainly have a problem.

I am not defending anybody, hence the line organised as shit. ;) In the real world the club should allow you to order on a Friday and have them at your door pre 10 on the Saturday if you wanted to, their IT system is shite.

You shouldn't have to drive to Coventry to collect them. If you order yours for Exeter on the first day through the website and it doesn't arrive in the post then I will personally pay for you to go into the game. How is that?
