Wonder what each stance will be in these talks.

If SISU don't budge they now understand about 500 Coventry fans will attend Northampton. Very embarrassing and financially not good.
The team may stay in administration through legal battles and may incur a 15 point deduction.
This Northampton gamble may lead to a second season in Northampton whilst in League four!
Financially again this could be crippling.
All in order to see how ACL survive without a football team at the Ricoh.
It may break ACL it may break CCFC ( Opium) bit of a lose lose.
It may pay off they may come back to the Ricoh on their own terms.

For ACL how far do they go to keep Coventry at the Ricoh.

Do they sign the CVA to get 590k then go all out trying to make the Ricoh a success without a football team. So SISU have to come begging back.

Do they sign the CVA hoping to have sensible negotiations ( unlikely)

Do they refuse to sign the CVA unless SISU play at the Ricoh whilst building their stadium ( ie call SISU out)

Do they sell out to SISU for whatever they can and be done with the whole thing?

No agreement will be made tomorrow. There's a reason why fisher won't be there. ...they're not interested.im hearing the cva won't be signed and we will be starting the season at sixfields.looks like sisu's plan is going ahead.

I don't see any other option than

They refuse to sign the CVA unless SISU play at the Ricoh whilst building their stadium ( ie call SISU out)

There will be no last minute deal to play at the ricoh.sisu aren't interested all they need to do is keep on stalling until the first game kicks off at sixfields. All these meetings are doing is giving fans false hope. The pitch at the ricoh is shocking cos they know nobody will be using it.

They recon the pitch is top class at the Ricoh? shocking it will be at sixfields by November and we will be playing on it second every week before they have had time to put it right making of great football? maybe a better away record again this season.

Dongo, this one of your options may be a possibility. Call their bluff. Most are assuming Sisu have all the best cards, but seems to me this one is an ace.

"Do they refuse to sign the CVA unless SISU play at the Ricoh whilst building their stadium ( ie call SISU out)"

Though the card I'd really like is PH4 just riding over the hill with the cavalry - buys the club, at least half the ground, does a deal for F & B. brings in six experienced players, re-establishes us at Allard Way at the Higgs Centre, brings a fan onto the board, comes to as many games as he can, meets fans on walkabouts around the ground on match day & says we're going for promotion. & even, after all we've talked about them - makes Sphinx a 'feeder# club for us, bungs them a few quid too. (Wakes up from dream.)
