Otside the transport museum in that massive paved area
Same as Broadgate that it’s got a statue already so was thinking of places that don’t but that works too.

How about between the Herbert and Cathedral?Same as Broadgate that it’s got a statue already so was thinking of places that don’t but that works too.
If it’s it town I’d go for Broadgate, that’s where everyone gathered the day after the cup final
Already has the Godiva statue and I think it's better with just that.
Would prefer it to be near the stadium as it has better context there.
Yeah that's the thing, isn't it. No idea how practical it'd be to include in the fund raising a slush fund to move any statue if needs be, but raising funds with that in it kind of takes the shine off Sillett's achievements too.it might not have much context in a few years
I'm wondering whether there could be a cheaper but effective option in having a bronzed 3D pressing of them both with the cup up on the outside walls, this could also be easily moved if the club should ever move to a new stadium. Just a thought if the funds required for a statue are prohibitive.
I was wondering about council house areaOtside the transport museum in that massive paved area
Why? Were Sillett and Curtis involved in the slave trade? Not sure statues are a good idea these days.
Unless George and John were slave traders I'm not sure what your point isNot sure statues are a good idea these days.
Broadgate or in the general area in front of the council houseIf it’s it town I’d go for Broadgate, that’s where everyone gathered the day after the cup final
Temporary one at the CBS and make sure its detatchableSomething like this with them both holding the cup up together would be perfect.
Problem is where to put it, the arena isn't ours and the point is lost if it's away from the actual football.
