He is. He only got Forest up when they were the worst team in the play off final

Forest stayed up in large part cos of their owner. Spent loads. We had experts on here laughing saying you can't buy so many players in one transfer window and expect to gel and that cov should never do that if we ever got up

Well they did and look at them now.

Yes I've read them and not great, he's never had a long run at club, hopefully he'll want to commit without jumping ship the minute a bigger job comes along

I understand why Forest and Leicester fans would say such things… Did Swansea fans miss what happened to them after he left them?

His work in the Championship at Swansea and Forest was fantastic and that's not accounting for his body of work elsewhere e.g. England U20s.

If he put his name into the hat for our job, we’d be foolish not to consider him.

His work in the Prem may be a negative, but ultimately the first job at hand is promotion to the league.

I doubt it, but if he's jumping ship because things have gone well here then I can live with that.

What's the average length of a managers tenure these day? Probably less than 2 years?

Did well at Forest and has done really well with a weak squad at Leicester. I'd take him here, probably a preference to the likes of Lampard tbh.

He’s been there 14 matches…nobody should think he’s done a good job. His management style hasn’t gone down well at Leicester. No thanks, he’ll be a step back.

Cooper has not been on TV enough to be considered by King. Lampards punditry credentials really put him in the shade.
