What with this thread and this one regarding the disabled person ,Why is Simon Gilbert not giving whoever in charge of ticketing at the city hell. If it's Ticketmaster's fault surely someone at CCFC should be questioning them.Seem 2 fingers in the pie now and they both blame each other.
It's very strange. I purchased my ticket 72 hours before kick off and obtained it at the kiosk on match day with no issues. It took less than 1 minute.
Is the op sure the issue is not some credit problem as he paid on finance?
Bought 4 tickets at the same time. 2 using finance, 2 not using finance. This was on the 8th June
2 not on finance received on the Wednesday before the first game so my father in law called in and was told there was no record of the other tickets being purchased.
I called in last thing on the Friday before the first home game with the finance agreement and proof of the first payment coming out of my account.
Lady couldn't understand if but gave me complementary tickets for that game and the bury game and said she'd look into it after the Tuesday and give me a ring to confirm what's happened and details of when I'd receive our tickets

So Grendel there is obviously a problem but it's not one of my making.
Update from the lady at ticket office. Very apologetic for the delay. No idea why the situation occurred but resolved now and tickets should be with us before the weekend.
