Think Eccles looks nervy TBH, not sure where he’s supposed to be, poor first touch, scared to drive at them when he gets the chance. Has improved as the half went on.
Missing an AM massively, Allen and Shipley ain’t it. Shipley looks back to his old self in what’s supposed to be his best position. Still not impressed with Bidwell. Sheaf playing well, Györkeres feeding off long balls cos there’s no one showing in midfield.
Allen and Shipley off for O’Hare and Waghorn. I’d even be tempted to throw Dacosta on, OK maybe not.

I thought eccles did well. My only criticism of him would be that his crosses have been hard and low , but relatively easy for the keeper to sweep up. No but neither he or Allen are any good back to goal and feel that Waghorn and Allen pressing that Stoke back line, who have already looked shakey, will be the best way to get a result from this game.Don't think Shipley has done much wrong but need someone up closer to Gyökeres.
