Strange Stance (1 Viewer)

There are a few on here who defended SISU's actions. Under the umbrella of 'I don't care what SISU do as long as it benefits the club'

Which was a stance I didn't personally agree with but each to their own

Strange thing is now as was always going to happen at some point, SISU are now making decisions that we all seem to agree will do more harm than good.

The thing I find strange regarding those previous frequent posters. I thought they would now be on here tearing shreds into SISU's current strategy.

Under the same umbrella however they seem a lot less 'energised' shall we say.

Who has ever defended the actions?

Really, a thread just to tear into more fans? Do you just want someone to say well done, you were right? Is that what it is?

At a time when fans are divided it's always a good idea to cause even more divisions. Well done.

The thing is Dong me and a few others never defended the actions of SISU, however we did realise that SISU are not the only party to blame for the current mess. SISU are doing things to this club that no one would comprehend like moving to Northampton as a prime example no one wants that and no one finds SISU in-defensable, however they have moved and you have to look at why before just saying they've moved.

Energised is the word you have used, but I think to be very honest a lot of us are drained trying to understand what is going on with out club, not to mention the impact that the rest of this Administration Circus is having on us all.

I think Dong is probably elluding to;

You
Torch
Me
The Lord
Hill83
And a few others..

I thought this was going to be a personal attack on me for a minute and was relieved when it wasn't. But for the record, I was born with one leg shorter than the other, which happens to make me stand a bit funny. Now can we leave it?!?!

My Stance is.....

Club was fooked LONG before SISU turned up... All they have did in saving (and they did save us!) is postpone the inevitable and spend alot of their OWN money in the process. However, they have made some huge mistakes which have made them look like bellends.

Keyser Söze. / Joy Seppla are the same person and NEITHER really exist.

The Council are a bunch of bellends wouldn't have given up their half of the stadium regardless of who was in charge.

Hoffman is a very clever, manipulative bellend who likes to pop up now and then, cause havoc and divide the city fans even further and then fook off.

You are probably right. I've literally not got anything to say on the matter. The club has been all but demolished and I've not yet got the Internet in my new house, plus it's sunny.

Plus now I'm agreeing with a fair amount of what is being said on here I don't feel as inclined to post. Why add to the love in?

No it's more a case that these people are powerful posters who put up some damn good staunch defences of the indefensible.

I was just looking forward to having them now on a full throttle united front attacking the people kidnapping our club and holding it hostage.

But instead you just get the odd

'It won't happen"

A sneaky return left hook :)

Think that MMM will soon have to be eating a hat or buying a pie ior something, whatever the original bet was with BSB.

Was it that Thorn would be in a managerial job in football a year after his sacking?

I sometimes look at the online CV his management company have put out if I want a bit of cheering up.

Won't go into it again, but I've never been a staunch supporter of Sisu(may have mentioned it once or twice on here!).

However I do think that there are other culpable parties which tends to get missed in the totally partizan views the majority show on here.

Always been the same though, everybody has to have one mind, or you're a traitor to the cause, a traitor for not being pro-Sisu, a traitor for not liking Coleman, Thorn, etc, now a traitor for thinking that the council and ACL may have questions to answer.

Still, when the majority swing my way in the future I'll probably change my mind again!

However, think you can't have been referring to me as I'm in no way a powerful poster!

The only time you've really mentioned your hatred of SISU in the past year has been when defending an attack on someone else to demonstrate your objectivity.

Just once, it would be nice to see you wade into SISU with the vigour that you reserve for ACL, Elliott, Hoffman, etc. Then I might believe that this is more than a 6th form debating society for you.

I was looking forward to Grendel and maybe sky blue Taylor.
Digging up all statistics and facts that show that the move to Northampton is completely at odds with the professed end game of a commercially viable club!

What more wading into SISU is there to do? Done plenty over the years, and this board is full of that, been done to death.

The rest are still being let off very lightly.

One battle at a time, the Sisu battle is all but over, either they are finished(my sincere hope), or they won't be budged, adding another email to relevant bodies won't make do it.

For protest to really work, the people protesting to have to give a shit what you think anyway, think we all agree that that isn't the case.

Sisu Out protests through SOC -Still here.

Keep Coventry in Coventry - set to play in Northampton.

NOPM - ? Not one penny spent by fans(nor could be at the moment) yet still paying wages etc.

Think it was close to a million went on the Anti-Iraq march in London - We still went to war illegally.

Not saying that protest is totally redundant, the march on Saturday sounds like a good one(hope it gets some numbers though, the "roundabout" protest last Saturday must surely have put the Trust cause back a few steps).
