Today was on Godden, 3 great chances, fucked them all up. Awful
What about Simms 3 attempts at passing?Today was on Godden, 3 great chances, fucked them all up. Awful
We still had to defend the 2 goals they scored though no ?Today was on Godden, 3 great chances, fucked them all up. Awful
*Who'sWhose Grendal?
The nerve he showed to step up at wembley and stick that pressure pen away sums him up big future ahead of himEccles has proved again what a top player he is becoming. Individually I like all our midfielders collectively not sure but for me Eccles would be second name on our midfield team sleet after Hamer.
I really think he can add more to his game as regards box to box and goals . Sets a high benchmark for the likes of Burroughs , Howley and Obikwu to aspire tooThe nerve he showed to step up at wembley and stick that pressure pen away sums him up big future ahead of him

Must be around the time he gets a contract extension?I really think he can add more to his game as regards box to box and goals . Sets a high benchmark for the likes of Burroughs , Howley and Obikwu to aspire too
Needs pinning down for 5 years minimum for me , he was our best player today for me . Lots of posters mentioning Hamer going off but Van Ewijk couldn't get close to Mavdidi(spell check) that turned itMust be around the time he gets a contract extension?
I know lots on here think a CB is priority but for me we lack depth in central midfield, especially when Eccles is played out of position. Giving Kelly a new deal could turn out to be a bad decisionMaking the 3 changes when we did was odd. We were on top and looked like we would get another. I thought 1 change in Godden off for Wright was the right move. 3 changes are usually made when the games not going your way and you need to change it. Fully trust Robins but think that was a mistake.
Fantastic newsJust checked signed a four year deal in January .

I don't think he had any choice with regard to Hamer and Eccles.Making the 3 changes when we did was odd. We were on top and looked like we would get another. Hamer was struggling and Eccles had run himself to waterI don't think he had any choice with regard to Hamer and Eccles.
Their keeper made a couple of good saves. But yes he also scuffed a couple. I hope we play you next game Clint van damne so you can show us how - I won't hold my breath.Today was on Godden, 3 great chances, fucked them all up. Awful

Watch it again. It came from the their left/ our right. Stretched our midfield then they switched play. The first goal came from the left side not the right
Yeah MVE gave it away with a breakdown of a 1-2 I think and then we were caught out on the break.Watch it again. It came from the their left/ our right. Stretched our midfield then they switched play.
Still sheaf for meEccles has proved again what a top player he is becoming. Individually I like all our midfielders collectively not sure but for me Eccles would be second name on our midfield team sleet after Hamer.

Not quite yet but I can see it happening. Most will disagreee but I feel he is potentially better than Sheaf.Eccles has proved again what a top player he is becoming. You will be accused of taking part in a witchhunt soon mate.
What a ridiculous comment, I'm not paid thousands of pounds a week to score goals.
Should have been off by 75 I agree

I love it when people say that.

If Hamer really needed to go off, I’d prefer Eccles in there instead of Kelly. If Eccles also had to go off, maybe you could even put Lati in there as he does for his country.Subs didn't work but were understandable.
Hamer needed protecting in case of injury. MvE was going to be given time but played too far forward. Wright should have been next to Simms rather than replacing him.
I agree about Eccles, but he looked tired too.If Hamer really needed to go off, I’d prefer Eccles in there instead of Kelly. If Eccles also had to go off, maybe you could even put Lati in there as he does for his country.
Someone needed to occupy the space that Sheaf ended up in incase the guy cut in, should have been one of the spare CBs tho. There’s two men there, no need for Sheaf to be drawn towards the ball.
