Supporters can purchase tickets from the CCFC Superstore on Sunday although there will be a temporary lunch time cut off for Gillingham tickets
Coventry City Football Club’s superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park will be open on Sunday, August 31, from 10.30am until 4.30pm.
However, tickets for the Gillingham game and Season Tickets will only be available until 12.30pm on Sunday.
That is to give staff the opportunity to post all tickets purchased so far via the web or on the phone and also to work through a backlog of emails in a bid to start next week with a clear run. We apologise for delays in replying to e-mail messages, and can assure fans we are doing all we can to respond.
Supporters are advised against phoning over the weekend unless absolutely necessary to allow staff to deal with those messages.
The club is advising anyone who had already bought a Season Ticket for this season before the announcement about the return to the city to make sure they transfer it across to a seat at the Ricoh Arena.
That could be done between 10.30am and 12.30pm on Sunday as it is a simple process and can be completed by a separate member of staff to those selling tickets.
If you are a 12/13 Season Ticket holder, your old seat remains reserved but if you have purchased elsewhere in the stadium we would encourage you to let us know so we can release your reservation.
