I wonder how keen King would be. He started as a joint, albeit majority, owner with Sisu and couldn’t work with them. Frasers would be unlikely to be even relatively quiet, let alone silent, partners. I don’t understand why they wanted ownership of the arena, unless it was for eventual leverage to ownership of the club.
Would still have to park and walk to whatever mode of transport they were going to use to get home, similar numbers of pedestrians all ejected from the stadium at the same time. The stadium which they operated and effectively “owned”.
I must stop my implied criticism of Wasps, the stripey rip off merchant bastards.

My understanding is once Frasers withdrew the 'Sisu' agreement the EFL insisted we start again. As a gesture they agreed to the present arrangement mainly because they knew the club was at no fault and they wanted to give DK the opportunity to put in place his plans.
As to the reducing term I think they take a pragmatic view that a 10 year agreement will last unless something unusual happens or the club breaks the terms.
There is a backstop provision which requires the club to show at the end of a current season they have a suitable ground to play at for the next season. I think this applies to all clubs

Put stewards on the lights at the bottom of the steps with 1police officer and have them constantly operating the crossing.
Alter the sequence to give pedestrians priority ( not exclusive) for approximately 15/20 minutes.
95% of the problem would be solved. If drivers persist in jumping red lights the police can deal with them.
If it persists, close the ferkin road and we can all sit here and tell drivers in future to do one.
