pretty sure it’s fine, just unable to upgrade juniors to adults (or even seniors) which is annoying as I’m sure they used to. Tried to upgrade my 5 year olds for a senior ticket the other week (midweek) and the woman in the ticket office said ‘we don’t do that. Never have’. Pretty sure I did it twice last season..
I've done it 4/5 times this season. On the phone and in the ticket office.

What I would like to know is if they plan to introduce prorata. Rather than having to pay full price every time.

Are the club aware of Covcept and his kit designs and are they open to perhaps reviewing some of the designs he puts together.

On a personal note… Ideally I’d like to see three options each year and the fans vote which kit they want most, makes sense as it’s going to sell more shirts at the end of the day

With the turnstile situation, in addition to reviewing security check, aren't the club better off just saying use any turnstile for your ticket?

You can access any area of the home end once you're in the concourse so shouldn't matter which turnstile is used

Pretty sure they do say this

Re the station I saw the platform full after the game Saturday - that’s the limit on two carriage trains I guess - as long as there are people counting them on 😮

The addition of the outside bars is great, but it's now difficult to get round from Tesco round to the casino side of the ground due to the size of the queues and people using the bars.
A lot of people try and walk on the grass slope which in an accident waiting to happen, especially in the wet weather.

Could someone look at a way of managing the foot traffic better?
The outside bars are a great idea. it seems the original outside area didn’t take into account what is a Great idea. IMO any difficulties can be ironed out through asking if we can move past people. We are all in the same boat so it’s not likely to cause friction between fans.

What is the preferred method of goal celebration that you would like to see from the players?
Not Goddens As demonstrated twice on Saturday. Looked a bit of a clown really. We pay his wages and he needs to show more enthusiasm. Anything to get the fans on board is fine. The single finger on the lips pisses me off as well. Palmer is a good example of how to celebrate goals.

What a weird take.
Not really, I have no problem working out how to manage my ticket.

Without having to rob the club of income and without having to seek permission. The people who pay for kids tickets and then use them themselves are the ones the club needs to focus on. I know enough people who don’t share their tickets, so to me it’s a personal thing. I think the club could become over officious and lose goodwill.

The club can help by actually making an effort to help people pay the extra money as mentioned in an earlier post. People make mistakes.

it’s not a problem at rock concerts unless people sell them for profit.

I really don’t understand your problem.

There have been issues with people not being allowed entry as the ticket was not theirs. Some people have received written warnings for sharing tickets. Therefore, I would like clarification on what is and isn’t allowed.

I live over 100 miles away so means committing the whole day for a game, therefore my partner cannot always make it. Sometimes I bring a mate. I am not in anyway robbing the club and I take a massive issue for those that abuse the system using concession tickets wrongly. Not sure what your point is to be honest.

Well done you for being able to manage your own ticket. Bravo.

Is this the first post Boddy meeting with the new Chief Exec? If so there should be a focus on outstanding issues that always got the same response or a poor one. I think sticking to 2/3 big topics and frustrations would be better than a scattergun approach of all sorts of grumbles . In my opinion they should be:

Logistics of getting to and from the ground- the reality of 25k plus gates every week has not been addressed and the provision of more shuttles to and from town should be a relatively easy win. Plus the train situation , parking etc

The inability to open the whole ground should be top of the agenda too. Progress has been made but the inability to sell out the best view in the ground ( balcony) is ridiculous.

Would also like to see what thinking there is about making it easier for fans to connect to the club. A unified phone app with ticketing , I follow, shop and social media should at least be at a roadmap stage.

Given the increased attendances we are now consistently attaining, is there any desire to open up a fans zone within the exhibition hall before and after home games? This is an area which W@$P$ used to utilise regularly as a ‘fan village’ before they became extinct with live music, kids activities and beer and food stalls etc.

The match day experience is already much improved since Doug’s introduction and Fraser’s becoming the grounds owners, plus Dhillons, the Anecdote and Casino do provide decent options, but can become somewhat congested at times. I can’t imagine that the 3 previously mentioned venues would be too happy if it takes potential trade away, but might be worth looking at an option for big games (next year in the Prem) or even a trial run at some point in future.

I think you used to be able to do this but not any more

They’ve ‘never done it’ apparently 🙄 the woman in the ticket office was quite arsey about it when I’d told her I’d done so regularly in the past.. when people are looking to pay the difference and give money to the clubs coffers, I can’t see the problem. It’s an attitude such as this which will lead to people trying it on with kids tickets all over again.

in terms of access, getting over from Longford - there is a cut through but often not accessible due to flooding - This maybe something that Frasers / Council/ CCFC need to look at together, but a tarmac path through would save a lot of time for many

Is there scope to allow fans to add season tickets/match tickets to an Apple/Google wallet?

For the FA Cup match there was plenty of people getting delayed with ST cards not working. Likewise with people printing out paper tickets.

Bigger clubs utilise this as does other events (NFL UK) and it’s convenient and idiot proof (dare I say it).

Need to sort the toilets situation out, taking too long

Having stewards man the exit doors to stop people using them as an entrance would improve things

The issue with the toilets is simple, but difficult to resolve, in the mens anyway!

People simply go to the nearest set of urinals possible causing a backlog of people trying to get in/past them. If you simply walk through to the sets of urinals further down, they're nearly always empty, or nearly empty. I know 10 more steps when you're busting for a pee is a challenge, and it's human nature to dive into the first urinal space you see, no matter how crammed. But even when I have queued ages to get in, there's always been plenty of free urinals further down. It's not a pisser capacity issue, just a human nature one, that I don't see how you would resolve!

Yes I would argue in general they have been ok with sone very very good ones but supporter engagement and a choice of even just the home kits would be even better surely?

Has to be time to rethink having 6k seats set aside for away fans. Get a repeatable plan in place to sell blocks 12 and 13 to home fans.
I think away seating , capacity, more home fan seats availability is arguably the biggest issue out there at the moment. From the outside looking in it comes over as a bit of a farce sadly. Also we need a better ticketing situation than this season - hospitality prices need to be set at the same time as general seating and not many weeks after.
