I'm not sure you can call his stuff about what went on with the assistant misinterpretation.

Though as I've said, I'm sure Roibins and Viveashs accounts would also throw up some anomalies.

As for your point about Viveash, read up about the likes of Clough and Ferguson, neither were strong in those areas.

Seems to support this post on Twitter. As such would love us to look a bit more closely at the Lincoln Manager noted or if he’s available or applied Ruben Selles.

I’ve seen a few comments about “people applied for the number 2 job but actually only wanted the top job” and “no elite coach/tactician applied for the number 2 job”

my interpretation was that people of course applied but nobody good enough to cover the gaps left by AV (tactics side if you want to call it that), not that people applied wanting the top job. Doug was merely saying people who ARE elite tacticians only want top jobs.

This is backed up by them trying to hire a “head of first team coach” getting nowhere and now we are replacing the manager with a “head coach”.
