We don’t have an assistant currently, nor any hierarchy amongst the coaches, that wont be the same going forward. That is clear.We're keeping the set-up, just probably not the personnel.

I’ve been lucky to win a couple of corporate tickets through my work and he was often going into the areas to say hi and chat with people. Last time I went he was almost hiding away in the directors box.
I think he likes to show off in a sense, when it’s going well and why not it’s a fortune to own a football club and you never see any money back. Think that will continue but can’t see anything further. With his talk of directors of football, I get the impression he wants to reduce his input in certain areas. After all he looked knacked on Monday and upset imo.
