I'm not so sureDavid Johnson doesn’t lead the Trust.
The academy stuff would have been before SISU were here, didn't the club think the academy wasn't worth keeping going?
We're really scraping the barrel if the SCG is being included as a positive :emoji_smiley:
The only time I can recall a trust raising money for the academy was before the currently trust.
It was back when we had the old version with the likes of Natalie Cox and Kev Monks. The one that got killed off for being ineffective and replaced with the current one. Although in the end didn't the new trust have to end up being a continuation of the old one for it to be 'official' or something along those lines.

Oh yes you can.Clearly it didn’t end as a positive after being high jacked and corrupted but it was started in good faith and if used as designed would have been a positive. Can’t blame the Trust for that.
It is amazing that even when something like this is pointed out the same crew try to pick holes in it.We’re the same Trust that was set up 15 years ago. One of the original board members is still our treasurer.

Journalism ain't what it used to be.Not quite sure how their involvement will help the situation!

Why? The old trust was dormant, had been for around two years. It is pathetic.
You are nit picking and simply proving my point. Why? The old trust was dormant, had been for around two years.
It's the equivalent of Fisher coming on CWR and telling us we should all be thanking SISU for winning the FA Cup.

So you don't have an answer to the question. You are nit picking and simply proving my point.

The old trust had to all intents and purposes ceased to exist - dormant for years, hence the need for a new trust.
The current trust has recently received criticism regarding its inaction on current issues and as a defence CJ stated the Trust saved the academy. That was in 2005. The current version of the Trust came in to being in 2012.
How is that any different to Fisher coming out and crediting SISU for something that happened before they were here. He would be ridiculed.
No I'm talking about when there was a plan for a new trust in 2012 as the existing trust was ineffective and dormant. That became the relaunch of the existing trust with everyone having to sign up again and pay their membership. The change in constitution came later, possibly to tie in with them wanting to be recognised by Supporters Direct. Are you talking about the change in constitution voted on in 2013?
No he's already takenLiam neeson signing as centre half
Plenty more to wake up to!I've got to admit, the fact that someone has put up a light hearted post about an amusing typo and it's already descended into arguing with the potential to be a 20 pager has made me laugh.
Wondered how you did it.Top orchestrated support of the Trust. Someone must be knackered m8
