Many more positive's than negatives watching that performance. We look a very good side and will be more than good enough in the championship to compete at the top Good run out didn't deserve to lose that's for sure but all is looking on track to take a step forward.

Look overall great performance. If we didn’t make all the changes at the back we would have got a draw at least.
Tatsu was a great outlet as usual.
Torp looked composed in midfield.
Binks classy at the back.
Rudoni is just great. Everywhere. Good goal.
Dovin very calm at the back and keeps us ticking.
BTA looked good when he came on. High energy and strong. Will be a good option.
Wright looked an instant threat when he came on.
We’re going to be smashing some teams this season.
If we can get another CB, CM, RB/LB options that would be the dream squad. But we’re in a much better position than last season squad wise.

I thought our new signings did well.
Dovin looked an upgrade on Collins and Wilson. He seems decisive and I like the fact that he tries to catch the ball rather than punch it.

They will be all over Milan for tucking in too far and all over JDS for not tucking in enough for the goal. Also Thomas will get told to command the line and communicate quicker if he sees Milan coming into his eye line, as he has come too far..That will be worked on because we got the balance wrong that one time and they caught us
Top teams will do that its a great lesson for young players still learning. Its will also be a lesson for coming on and being switched on. All of this can resolved, its better now than in a few weeks.

It's so annoying when people do this. It's like when certain posters tried to blame Norton-Cuffy for everything. You could blame a number of players for the goal (Kitching, Thomas, MvE or EMC) but certainly not Dasilva.

Or as tactically intelligent, They were relentless at times...thought we coped well and were certainly competitive. Perfect oppositon for us really and I'm sure they'd say the same.

The home friendlies have been 2 very good picks. Both played good strong sides and our coaches will of learned a lot about our players
Some work still needed on the training pitch but overall lots of positives against two good clubs playing at a better level than us. I don't think Robins is sitting scratching his head with lots of questions or worries. Get a good week of training in them fine tune some coaching points and lets see what the season brings
