Where is Tim Fisher gone?

Maybe the tedium.No it doesn’t
That would depend on your perspective.....but that's an entirely separate debate. Does anyone know for sure what authority the EC will have when the democratic wishes of the people stop being subverted by the elitist politicians and we finally leave the EU? Might (selfishly) make me change my mind on wanting to respect the democratic process. It matters not whether they are talking or not....it about a deal and playing in Coventry. This is worse than Brexit
This agreement introduced conditions that would unreasonably restrict the Club and SISU’s basic legal rights and would commit the Club and SISU to underwrite Wasps’ costs and any future damages. This would put the football club at great risk and jeopardise its future and in so doing, undermine the hard-work and success the Club has achieved over the past few seasons.
How can this be so when Mr Fisher and Mr Boddy have repeatedly said the football club are not Sisu.

Correct me if I'm wrong and I'm sure you will .Because the agreement is with the football club
Have you looked out side it's pising it down .How has this got to 77 posts

But the request for the European Commission investigation was made by the owners of our club.
It was not as far as we are aware made by the football club.
Coventry City Football Club wish to continue to play its home games at the Ricoh.
According to Boddy and Fisher the football club are separate from the owners.

That may be so, but that is after SISU went to the European Commission .Yeah Tynan Scope said
“Wasps wanted SISU to sign up to and also sign the football club to sign up to simply was not possible by terms that were being presented.
I think the CCFC Statement referred to terms that Wasps wanted SISU and CCFC to sign up to
Nothing stopping Wasps agreeing to us playing at the Ricoh then is there?
Is it?That may be so, but that is after SISU went to the European Commission .

Sisu, NOT the football club have taken the complaint to the EC over the sale of the Ricoh from the Council to Wasps, asking them to make a judgement on whether it's state aid or not.
My view is that only the company directly connected to CCFC and registered with companies house, at the time of the sale to Wasps by the council, would be in a position to raise the complaint to the EU.The rental agreement is with wasps holdings and the football club so the clause will be against the club originally one would assume.

It’s the equivalent to grassing up the council, what would you suggest the remedies are? Why should we and even sisu cover the damages? That may be so, but that is after SISU went to the European Commission .
That’s the exact statement, besides you are right there is nothing stopping them letting us play there other than us signing up to terms that are unreasonableNot quite worded that way.
That is my point
Not really, it's purely now a matter of the EC checking to see if the UK state has applied State Aid regulations properly. It doesn't matter that much about the company complaining for the purpose of the EC investigationMy view is that only the company directly connected to CCFC and registered with companies house, at the time of the sale to Wasps by the council, would be in a position to raise the complaint to the EU.
I hope it's proved that they got it on the cheap from a selfish point of view I wouldn't mind if we got it on the cheap

A settlement with who though? The EU? Sisu aren't taking this action it's an investigation. Sounds like a load of bullshit. Some one posted on Facebook saying it's expected CCC/Wasps will lose this case, so they're looking at an out of court settlement.
Again, purely forwarding what has been posted, no idea on how true it is.

The two hedge funds are at war with each other and they have ever right to protect their assets,It’s the equivalent to grassing up the council, what would you suggest the remedies are? Why should we and even sisu cover the damages?
