They've probably got nothing new to say either. They've made their position clear. The indemnity is shit, but there was clarity about the legals being an impediment to a deal for a long time. Did Fisher himself refer to the action as 'legals' in the interview?

No it is Wasps who are blocking a return to the Ricoh. Even if we had the land, the plans and a supportive council you could easily be looking at 5 to 10 years for a new stadium project to be completed. Won’t go down well with some, BUT, I do not want Cov to return to the Ricoh.
Understand this means we need to wait for another ground to be built in Cov, but the experience for fans before the game in a city centre, the old school ground with an actual atmosphere (imagine it with our average crowd last season) is awesome for the fans and I truely believe for the players also. I feel we might not have the results we have if we were back at the Ricoh - hate it just soulless.
I know not every fan can make the Brum home games which is a huge problem- I merely hope we stay there while a new ground can be built that is just ours, designed to enhance acoustics, maybe slightly smaller than the Ricoh, and based in Cov city centre......

I’m just day dreaming.That’s lovey, but realistically you aren’t going to get a ground in the City centre and Sisu aren’t looking at one. You’ll get a smaller Ricoh. Which I’m fine with, I like comfort over nostalgia.

Last time Tim fisher was on talk sport he was asked whether there was likely to be any news on a Ricoh agreement. That was several months ago which prompted me to start a thread "Tim fisher's good news" as he ended the interview stating that in about 3 weeks the supporters would hear something positive regarding a deal with wasps.
The man was, and remains, an out and out liar.
