Exactly, r_b. Where are we playing?

However, when your presenting a case, you need to lay the foundation. It wasn't like he was saying "This happened in 1995 and that's that" he's saying "This happened in 1995 wheich lead to this and then that and then that and that is how we have arrived here"

Essesntially trying to join the dots. Whether he's connected the dots accurately is another matter, but that is why it is important to talk about '95.

If I was picking up someone elses mess which lead to further mess, and was being blamed for the mess in the first place, I'd certainly make it abundently clear as to how I got there and that the initial mess was not my doing.

Definitely, like why did they create Ltd in 1995?

Who knows, Willie.

The whole thing is a mess and all sides have to hold some degree of culpability.

All sides past and present. As I said in my first post on this thread, this can go in a million different directions. It's a massive Rubix Cube of little square shits.

I think the administrator will find sisu as the preferred bidder. Once that happens, the only ones who can save the club are the football league. If they think sisu are unfit owners they might refuse them the golden share. Signing off false accounts for 5 years is hardly likely to support sisus claim to being fit and proper.

I have seen no evidence to suggest they have the spine to do that. They've too made errors and are hoping it will resolve itself and quieten down so that their errors aren't exposed.

There's a reason for that.

The point is though we don't actually know the reason for that, because people keep shouting at him, giving him the chance to delay and respond to the simple points.

We don't know the reason for anything because we're letting him get away with soundbytes.

At the moment all these forums are doing is giving a Mad Hatter a chance to shout at him, so we may as well be back to press releases from all sides.

If the club's paid its football debts on time and dealt with other clubs well, then it's probably more fit and proper than most anyway (including the previous owners).

Thanks Willie, maybe ACL should hold a forum.

To offer again Torchy, they can't. They have clearly stated that with the SISU initiated judicial review, they can't comment on the grounds of sub judice and the spectre of being found in contempt. I wish people would stop saying this, as they are trying to behave properly

Well I'm expecting an ACL one today as a result of these forums.

They just wriggle out of everything, don't they, slippery snakes in the grass. We, the fans, deserve answers!! ;)

I'm sure that will get lapped up by everyone.

Some maybe. Most are sensible enough not to believe it all to be gospel.

I think a lot of people however are picking up on the fact that both ACL and the council heavily criticise the way Sisu operate and also question their honesty.

As I've said eleventy billion times, we are just mushrooms kept in the dark.

Agree Otis, we don't know half of what has actually gone on, and both sides only tell you the bits they want you to know.

I honestly wish Fisher came across as a more decent bloke though. He just has a way of seemingly talking down to people and getting people's backs up.

Maybe we would be better off with a more sympathetic spokesperson at the helm?

Maybe Joy?

I listened in last night, it was ruined and wasted by people shouting out all the time and mumbling stuff.

People moan that he didn't answer questions but everytime he tried to somebody would say get out and then people would cream their pants with delight offer it.

If you are willing to listen to that drivel then fair enough Oh and by the way I was one of them and we stayed in the bar shame the rest of you never had the balls to do the same as it would have made the point clearer that we will not take this shit.
AS was said earlier it was new good job we were all accountants as that is all they were interested in I am going again on Monday and hopefully we can turn the questions around
Arseholes, the pair of them. People who walk out of any meeting are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard to be honest, you can only influence or do anything if you are there.

Ah bless. The clique clowns have gone from timid tinkerbelles to mouthy morons.
do they genuinely believe shouting at TF is going to make them go away?

Great to see how they are bugging up their feeble efforts to hijack events on Thursday, yet when someone delivers a telling blow just because they trolls cannot fathom the implications they claim it was pointless.

They just don't get the ENTIRE premise of the fan's forum is pointless!

Can they point to an instance EVER when a positive change has happened afterwards?

Sisu love them as they can claim they consult fans their puppet loves them because they boost ratings and the clique love it as it gives them publicity.

Intact the only campaign that might have influence is the not one penny more which those of us who have been boycotting for 2 years have been calling for!

Sadly the trolls trying to shout down all the time if anything are sabotaging themselves because they rant they are simply failing to get their message across effectively. Still at least they have their genius idea of protesting outside an empty office premises. Wow no wonder people are utterly disillusioned with the clique.

Cannot even formulate a protest against the most despised owners of CCFC. Truly laughable

Mr Fisher comments are very concerning. It is very simple, Coventry City Football Club Limited, the very company that owns the League Share, and the very company with a lease and licence registered in the same name, have the right to play at the Ricoh, and is controlled by Mr Appleton. These Agreements have not been forfeited and remain whole. It is very simple, the Administrator and ACL agree a solution for the commencement of the season, and 8 to 10,000 of us turn up for home games. Fisher is out of this process, and needs to get his memory re programmed

The Football League has confirmed the Golden Share sits with Limited. ACL's contract sits with Limited; currently in administration and up for sale.

On what basis should ACL have an 'open door' policy to anyone other than Limited, it's administrator or new owners?!?

Given they seem to have an open door policy to anybody who isn't involved with the club in the slightest, they may as well extend that to people who are.

If everybody just got over this stupid dick waving and trying to find out whose cock is bigger than whose, and actually spoke to whoever might have a chance of owning the club next season, and might actually be involved, then it'd be a lot better for everyone.

Or we can just stick to comparing length and girth, and smirk at how we've got one over some random bloke.

No. They have a policy whereby they have engaged with any party who's looked at buying Limited, a company that is up for sale. Which is exactly and precisely what they should do

So in short, they set up these forums to inform the fanbase of the nail they bought into back in 2007. Aaah diddums, what happened to their due diligence, did Uncle Ray sell them a basket case ??................Oh and then allegedly proceed to make himself a small packet out of the club.
There are a lot of culpable greedy individuals at the centre of our demise and all but the absolute minority must be aware of this. However this is the here and now, supporters want to know what will happen in the near and long term future and what the unscrupulous individuals who claim its not for sale are going to do to about the on rushing new season??

I'd suggest they make an offer to ACL to pay a compensatory figure of say £500,000 up front and accept the current and much improved terms that are on the table. I'm sure then with some fan pressure ACL would have to get round the table again for the sake of their own finances and the people of Coventry. This would be beneficial to SISU, ACL and CCFC !

Which includes SISU.

Who they haven't engaged with.

Frankly it's all bollocks, and the only victims are us as everybody's so keen to point the finger nobody actually seems to care that it's within the power of everybody to fix it.

Since when has any other company been offered the chance to rent the Ricoh?

How do you know that?

Have you seen anything that's said they won't engage with SISU? And was this before, or after administration?

Have they, or have they not been speaking with people who are not involved with the club?

So they can speak with SISU too.

How do you know that?

How do you know anything either? We can just sit around saying 'he said, she said' and kill the club ourselcves if we want, or we can actually try and get it bloody fixed by shutting them in a room with each other and not letting them out until something's agreed.

I don't care if the club's holdings, Ltd. or anyone else, I care about them talking. You just said yourself they don't have to talk to Fisher and Holdings well that quite frankly is bollocks, they have to talk to anyone they can who might be in a position to fix it.

Given your statement is "On what basis should ACL have an 'open door' policy to anyone other than Limited, it's administrator or new owners?!?" suggesting they shouldn't talk to Fisher well that is nonsense.

They should.

As Fisher should talk to them.
