Been apparently sending out texts about refunds for the last 2 weeks hasn’t he
He's sent out a text about refunds. Don't know how much is being refunded as
I haven't bothered myself. I had a cracking day a scrounged a lift back to Cov on his coach so all's good as far as im concerned.

I agree though, he should be 100% focused on refunding any money he owes.

Someone’s asked him if he donates money to the British legion and all he was bothered about is mentioning that he’s the only one in the country he knows that does the 100 year ones then had to mention he gives £1 of every badge after someone asked him again hahaAh, but maybe he is trying to sell badges in order to pay people their money back.
On the other hand though, maybe he used their money to buy more badges.
He needs to be clever about them poppy badges cause someone will grass him up out of spite of the boat fiasco and he’ll gave another fraud case on his hands

He was running trips to various matches in Europe. Claimed he had a whole plane booked out. People paid up front and then there was no trip. Lots of promises of refunds but seems like nothing has been paid back.Do we know what his involvement in the Barca trip was, and what actually happened? So far the only allegations I've seen have been hysterical/apeshit rantings on Facebook.....
By his own admission, he's done a bit of time in Her Majesties Hotel. Pretty sure that was for fraud.I think he acknowledged he's been in nick for fraud. Might be wrong though.
I’ve spoke with the woman about the Barca trip regularly and she cancelled going a week before the trip, I’ve said to her she can have the refund but I need the money refunded in my account first. She knew my address and phone number from the outset.
The poppy badges are something I’ve done every year, I’ve tried keeping up to date with texts but it’s impossible, every person on that boat that wanted money back or some have opted for a free trip will get it back, but I need the money in my account in order to send it out to people.

Also Nick, a full refund was agreed but said to her that it’ll be a case of when I get the money back, I was hoping it would have been by now and I said to her it’ll be before the end of October, I’ve spoke to her again today and said it hasn’t credited me so I can’t send it but I want this sorry affair over more than anyone

If you know money is coming back into your account it should prove to be a very short term loan shouldn't it?

My bro is looking at getting a mortgage and my mum and dad are retired so live from their pension and because I f**ked up a boat trip shouldn’t have them short for £1,400 for a few weeks (that’s the amount still owed for the boat).
