What might come of Sisu's complaint to European CommissionI'd like to know how far reaching their powers are, are they like the police in that they can seize documents, computers and the like, can they find out what was said at closed council meetings with rugby club owners for instance.
I mentioned tax payers and the council.keepup yourself..my reply was to the previos post saying the club will benefit... this post?
And if it is found that something was wrong with the sale, what’s wrong with SISU winning?

Hi Georgesisu will then sue the council for losses..if you think sisu have complained on some moral basis you are sadly deluded
Your posts give it away. You might as well.say nopm sisu out viva la sky blue trusthere we o again//where have i said i support the council...jeez...
think you are being short sighted ..why would sisu raise the action if they are not going to benefit?Because wasps would pay the fair market value for a publicly owned stadium.

Sisu can only do that if the council are found to be in the wrong.sisu will then sue the council for losses..if you think sisu have complained on some moral basis you are sadly deluded
So on what grounds would sisu get anything from the commission investigation? They could well start further action if it went against the council, at which point the council would have had to be at fault.think you are being short sighted ..why would sisu raise the action if they are not going to benefit?
bye..will revert read only again..you guys enjoy your own little secret society!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sisu can only do that if the council are found to be in the wrong.
The EC investigation isn't based on sisu and their attempts to buy the ricoh. It is to see if state aid was used to give I company an unfair advantage. If they lose the would at most have to give extra money to the council. Sisu wont magically be awarded the ground. Wasps will still own it.think you are being short sighted ..why would sisu raise the action if they are not going to benefit?
For that scenario to play out the council would have to have been found to be in the wrong and the football club to have suffered as a result. If that was the case why would anyone object to the appropriate measures being taken to rectify that?sisu will then sue the council for losses..if you think sisu have complained on some moral basis you are sadly deluded

But their motivation is to obtain the Ricoh at some point in the future, surely? Whether that be by distressing Wasps to such an extent that they fold or some other way.The EC investigation isn't based on sisu and their attempts to buy the ricoh.
