I learned my lesson last time when Gordon Brown killed off final salary pensions. Most of mine is now fully protected until I take it from where it is. I hold no risk. I am now being offered a massive amount to take it out but it is staying until I know what is happening.
How do you feel about the fact he's a proven liar?
How about the fact he's misled the Queen?
How do you feel about all the Mp's campaigning to remain in the EU coming out and saying we must respect the result no matter what happens... some of the arch RemainersHow do you feel about the fact he's a proven liar?
How about the fact he's misled the Queen?
Nope because the opposition has control of the Order Paper and is abusing the parliament act rather than calling a no confidence motion. I said before Johnson should have called the motion himself and see the absurd sight of the opposition voting against the motion.
Scottish courts say otherwise. He hasn’t misled anybody
I want it all upheld. But it has gone on so long that it is now impossible to upheld everything as they now contradict each other. This is what we spoke about a couple of years ago.As someone who voted remain I totally agree.
But the PM breaking the law shouldn't be an acceptable way to facilitate it. Leavers have been banging the drum for parliamentary sovereignty since the referendum, surely they should want it upheld?
Answer my questions about the subject we're discussing. How do you feel about all the Mp's campaigning to remain in the EU coming out and saying we must respect the result no matter what happens... some of the arch Remainers

So which will of the people do we now keep to? How do we pacify those who don't get what they wanted?
Or put more simply how do we get out of this mess.
Guess you haven't seen the videos then saying we'll never have another referendum and the result will be respected... if Boris is a liar then so are other MP'sWere you born an idiot or is it a skill you’ve cultivated over time?
tbf he was always going to come up with answers. OK, they may not be entirely honest or lawful...who knows? But I think it's safe to say that Boris Johnson was never going to come up with the answers.
I have been offered x30. It is a massive amount. But to get 3% after costs means making about 5% before costs. This is quite a high risk in days of low inflation. And all the risk would be on me. Leaving it where it is also gives lots of benefits. But some were getting quotes of life changing amounts they couldn't resist. One took his a few weeks ago that was nearly 800k. His tax free gave him nearly 200k. And over half a million still invested. But left where it was with no more money going in had it going up the equivalent of nearly 24k a year.Good call, as long as your health is OK.
Someone I know got offered a huge deal more than theirs was worth to take it out and chose not to, which in 90% of cases would be the best thing to do at the moment. Found out a month later they had cancer and died two months after that. Family ended up with over 150k less than if they'd taken the deal and reinvested.
This is not a good day for democracy
Grendel, you’ve got time on your hands nowadays. Why don’t you put it to a court that the opposition are abusing the Parliament Act if you deem that is what’s happening?
tbf he was always going to come up with answers. OK, they may not be entirely honest or lawful...
You're getting a bit hysterical now Grendel, just take a step backHe hasn’t misled anybody
So all 17.4 million of us who actually won the majority don't deserve it, that makes sense doesn't itWipe your tears. Today was a good day for democracy, it was shown without doubt we’re not a dictatorship and the courts of this land. People who think like you don’t deserve democracy.
It is safe to say that nobody will ever have the answers. As you will know this is why I was for it to go ahead although it wasn't what I wanted. Now this fiasco will only get worse.who knows? But I think it's safe to say that Boris Johnson was never going to come up with the answers.
So all 17.4 million of us who actually won the majority don't deserve it, that makes sense doesn't it
Have you just had a lightbulb moment?Just the morons who think like you and Grendull. I hope you’re not the majority of the 17.4 million.
Exactly he doesn't have a clue what he's talking about, just the good old insult because someone voted leave and not remain....a few remain voters on here have said the result should be respected however a certain few just can't accept itHave you just had a lightbulb moment?
Yes millions of those who voted leave do think this way. Just like millions of those who voted the other way are just as pig headed and refuse to listen to anything else.
That is what the problem is.
You're getting a bit hysterical now Grendel, just take a step back

And yet equally all of the Leave big-hitters were suggesting we could look at various types of deal that are now suspiciously unpalatable for them. The result can be respected in isolation, I think though that the succeeding 3 years has shown people up for their true intentions (on both sides) and has culminated in the PM breaking the law to try and play chicken with the country’s future.
Do you agree with Jeremy Corbyn then that Johnson is doing a good job?
Why would I want to put anything to 11 people from a blairite creation
The people will judge who is the abuser in the end
If you can find me the quote where Corbyn has said Johnson is doing a good job then that would be helpful.
Even by your standards this is an impressive amount of bluster.
Not really. The house of lords will have a big say. They are safe from the public opinion. The public opinion will ultimately be the judge and jury
Can you enlighten me what would have happened if parliament hadn’t been suspended. Would a deal have been agreed?
Not really. The house of lords will have a big say. They are safe from the public opinion.
How many lords and ladies were a part of the latest decision? Yes as in the judges.
So if anything happens they don't like it can be called unlawful and they can vote on it. Yet you can't remove them from their position.
Well he clearly does think that as it’s within his remit and only his remit to issue a no confidence motion and call an election
The fact he doesn’t means he clearly has confidence in the government
Not even this government has confidence in themselves. It is all about self preservation.Well he clearly does think that as it’s within his remit and only his remit to issue a no confidence motion and call an election
The fact he doesn’t means he clearly has confidence in the government
Of course I can’t say that a deal would be agreed. What I can be sure of is that they would have had the opportunity to discuss a deal; a choice which was unlawfully removed from them.
