Regarding the other discussion I honestly cannot make sense what you were droning on about - it’s ironic that you ridicule Astute when half the time you make zero sense at all
I also believe the EU is the 4th reich so I share something with the Corbyns
I know racist c**t isn’t he? Juncker: Italians need to work harder and be less corrupt
And so similar to some of the sentiments you express.

not at all - Many pro Eu supporters also acknowledge this and support it - as Germany is now it seems in recession I wonder if they remain as smug
Piers called it a 4th Reich Nazi regime by the way
Yeah Piers peddles nonsense knowing people will willingly lap it up, it’s his niche.

At the end of the day there are equal & opposites making millions out of the EU - perhaps more discreetly at present...hence people possibly such as yourself lap up the lovely warm feel about it all. Give it at most another 30yrs & you will be fuming at the EU takers in the same way you do the tory/hedge fund/banker/upper-middle-class/etc types you appear to so despise of Britain at presentYeah Piers peddles nonsense knowing people will willingly lap it up, it’s his niche.

Didn't influence anyone I know . Would you have welcomed them in with your little Turkish flag ? Sweet .

I don't do emojis. I don't need a gimmick like some do.Tory MPs warn Boris Johnson they will not support his December election
Tories chicken now. Can’t wait for Dom to go off at them for betraying Brexit.
not enough face palm emojis for this post. Do you have any idea at all how targeted advertising and media influence work?
Tell me in detail how it works then .I look forward to being educated.not enough face palm emojis for this post. Do you have any idea at all how targeted advertising and media influence work?

You're not getting it are you? You bang on about the brexit vote being essentially the older generation. The older generation aren't influenced by targeted advertising etc in the way that younger people are. They've seen it all before.
I'm sure you know everything about everything compared to me but you're forgetting that one very basic fact.
I’ll give you a good example. I have a cousin who is a highly intellectual guy. Straight A’s at A level but joined the army in preference to university. Worked his way up the ranks and then left to join what was then the RUC, took voluntary redundancy as part of the measures to cut RUC numbers in the GFA, joined the Met and after many years serving in London has just retired at 55. The guy is a genius (especially history and specifically military history), he’s well traveled, has lots of life experience in many walks of life. He also has a Facebook account and because of his connections to the army, police force, his friend group related to this and his interest in military history he seemed to have become a target for Cambridge Analytica during the referendum campaign. Most of which he ignored but he latched onto something claiming that the EU can force us to join the Euro and voted leave based on this information. To be honest I was staggered when he told me because he is one of the most intellectual people I know. He was unaware that we and Denmark have vetoed out of ever committing to join the Euro. Simply because he’s a member of groups on Facebook that are loyal to the crown. He’s somewhat red faced now but you’re talking about a proud Protestant man from Northern Ireland who has served queen and country in the British forces, the Royal Ulster Constabulary and the London Metropolitan Police Force and the thought of losing the queens face of our money was enough to push him over the edge. Ironically things like they took away our blue passports he knew was bullshit but through targeting campaigning they hooked him in on 1 “issue” that in truth wasn’t an issue. He deeply regrets his decision, he’s just retired back to Northern Ireland and is now facing up to the prospect of a united ireland and ironically adopting the very currency he was duped into voting a certain way to avoid.Tell me in detail how it works then .I look forward to being educated.

In all seriousness if you care about the public debt you should be focused on kicking the Tories out ASAP. As always they’ve ballooned the public debt and we need a Keynesian government to get it back down.

the Eu can force us to join the euro
the Eu can force us to join the euro
Anybody joining after 1999 IIRC has to make a commitment to join the Euro but even then only when and if they make the criteria. Us and Denmark has an opt out but if we leave and then rejoin we’ll lose that but even then Sweden who doesn’t have an opt out had a referendum on joining and it was rejected, from what I understand the referendum is legally binding under Swedish law and this has negated them from ever joining. It’s a lie that resurfaced last year on Twitter and was even retweeted by Esther McVey who once it was explained to her was nonsense she took the tweet down and did an enormous portion of back peddling claiming that she knew it wasn’t true and trying to explain what she did mean by retweeting it.it will be a condition of rejoining guaranteed.
Boris isn't the person to take the UK forward. But the one thing about him is he is at least trying to bring an end to this bullshit. It is the vast majority of parliament that is holding everything up. And as long as everything continues to get voted down we will be stuck in limbo. The pissing around from Johnson you mean?
Deluded. He could piss on your head and you’d think it’s raining.
They're looking to amend the piss poor deal he's come back with, essentially what the tories should have opened for debate over 2 years ago.Boris isn't the person to take the UK forward. I have totally had enough. Something needs to happen. So what is on the table?
Leave with a deal? Nah we don't want that.
Leave without a deal? Nah we don't want that.
Another referendum? Nah we don't want that.
Another GE? Nah we don't want that.
So what do they want?

Both sides used the same tactics. Are you going to mention what the other side said now?Yes. There is a documentary of how the people behind Leave.EU (Cambridge Analytica) built up data pools of peoples’ emotional pressure points and exploited them through a type of targeted marketing.
So Junker has said nothing wrong but someone you like to disagree with has for saying exactly the same thing? And so similar to some of the sentiments you express.

The one good thing about leaving the EU would be not to be ruled by those like Juncker. As you will know it is what I have always said. But look at it on here. They either get defended or their comments get ignored. All leaders want to take power back off them. But they will never relinquish their power. They constantly make it stronger by promoting those who will continue the same even if they are not allowed by laws, rules and regulations set by the EU themselves.
Peoples vote?
It is as though people didn't vote first time.
Shall we go back to what I said and what I have constantly said?At best he is NOW trying to bring an end to it because he got the top job. Before that he was causing as much disruption as anyone. Had he lost the leadership election he'd almost certainly still be doing it.
Even then you can question how genuine he is in getting in done. He got a second reading and then went for a speeded up process, despite anyone with half a brain knowing it would be rejected. So when exactly that happened what did he do? Threaten to pull the bill. He wants an election instead, knowing full well he'd enter it as either someone who got Brexit (well Brexit stage 1) done or as a victim who'd been hampered by that nasty parliament.
I'll say it again - he does thing that he sees will benefit himself. Anyone and anything else is irrelevant.
There was a few quotes about Juncker making the original quote. How many times did you or the others say anything? No I didn’t say Junker has done nothing wrong did I? Recall that you keep accusing me of putting words in your mouth. I’m merely pointing out Grendel has said things with the same sentiment and worse. Also seem to remember you had a go at me for calling Grendel a racist when he previously conflated all Germans as Nazis. Why are you happy to defend Grendel yet condone Junker?

Parliament has about 70% remain 30% leave. A GE would be a chance of correcting this.same as when Mark (Penfold) Francois said the other day we need a GE so parliament reflects the electorate.
Who does he think voted for the parliament we have?
