Strangely enough to some stockpiling is bad. And running out of anything is bad. And it is a IF.But' it's not a "fear factor", is it? Government ministers have openly said the Government is stockpiling medicines and food. No fear, just fact. I know they have denied the army story, but at one time they were denying the stockpiling rumours.

Let’s do that and see what Barnier says. Or, let’s go for a Norway deal and ask for a 5 year moratorium on FOM for certain countries. We weren’t obliged to accept people from Bulgaria and Romania. We did so. Germany and others didn’t accept Romanians and Bulgarians automatically for 5 ( or 7 ) years after their admission. So there was a precedence for flexibility in FOM. Whatever happens we will have to make concessions or crash out. We are the leavers who instigated Brexit. We were told it would be easy and at no cost. People should, and many are, be asking the people who promised us something which is undeliverable without some pain, is it worth it?

Show me the agreement and the formula and in particular the terms of payment. Even Barnier admitted this would span several years and only be paid on projects the UK benefit from, So in reality we will be paying nothing really anyway given the net funding we make in a single year to the EU is huge. There is no question the hole in EU finances will be huge. In addition all trade from the EU will overnight become costlier.
Many economists calculate that the current stock market and sterling valuations assume a hard brexit anyway and that the whilst the eu is not and that the fall will be in Europe and not the UK.

Well I agree that hard Brexit may already be priced in. I doubt whether people in the EU are not following what is going on. It will be priced in here as well.

We agreed to pay money. They agreed to come to an agreement with us. But they have gone back on it so far.
And if it is good enough for the EU to bend rules why is it not OK for us to?
