Hahaha ‘wheeze bag rhetoric’ gave me a good chuckle that did. Cheers.
Utter tripe
I repeat no one takes him seriously - he’s the uk version of Junker a drunken laughing stock
I’m sure the Diane Abbot critics will also do the same for Johnson, or perhaps not because he’s a posh boy and their caps need doffing
As I explained to Grendel - it’s an outlier compared to every other organisation that has Lab level or ahead. Still You Gov have a story to tell I suppose and Grendel laps it up!
But isn't it amazing that those questioning the lead for the Tories are the same ones who champion the polls from YouGov when it says more want to remain in the EU than leave.I’ll just leave this here: Final call poll: Tories lead by seven points and set to increase majority | YouGov

YouGov is either right or wrong. Which one is it?
Just one more from me. Mother in law had a heart attack earlier so have a long drive then whatever happens.
My local MP is now independent. He is just the MP that people want and needs. But he was never happy about Corbyn and was happy to say so. But they put him on a charge for an allegation that he fully denied. They didn't follow procedures and wanted to deselect him. I know him personally. Now he is independent Labour and Corbyn have to follow procedure. The wife is in full contact with him as he is helping out with a local problem as he always does. There is much more about Corbyn that most don't know. He will do anything to keep people quiet.
But he is Labour leader so has never done anything wrong.

I notice Boris' Turkey 'lie'/gaffe is not mentioned on any front page anywhere this morning.
Be completely different if that were a senior Labour politician no doubt.
found to be wrong I thinkBut isn't it amazing that those questioning the lead for the Tories are the same ones who champion the polls from YouGov when it says more want to remain in the EU than leave.

Yep me too. All the best astuteSorry to hear, hope all is well.

I think bbc should make a programme with people who have a cross section of opinions and allow them to debate what solution they would come up with. You could have experts legal, Europe and constitutional to offer advice and see how they get on with a solution to see how easy it is (tongue in cheek).
Not even the Guardian?
Boris Johnson is a back bench MP - he’s got no relevance any more
Yeah, right! He’d be amongst the contenders for next leader, I’m sure.
It matters not. He is high profile and if that were a high profile Labour MP it would be plastered all over the front pages. Not even the Guardian?

Well the fact is he’s not on the front page of any paper regardless of political persuasion so I fail to see the point.
It was funny seeing the interview but the fact is if it was a labour mp the exposure would never have happened as the question would not have been asked
That’s brilliant!! Need to campaign for this it’s the only way to move this forwardUCL carried out a citizens assembly on brexit in 2017 with a wide cross section of speakers and a wide cross section of citizens from all around the country making up the assembly. The findings can be found here Citizens' Assembly on Brexit and here About the Citizens' Assembly on Brexit strangely it didn’t get a lot of press coverage. Actually it’s probably not that strange when you read the reports. It seems general consensus was pretty much in line with parliamentary consensus ie a customs union. Given that this doesn’t fall in line with either May’s red lines or what the apparent “pro remain” press turnout then it’s not surprising that it got little coverage.
If we’re going to have a people’s referendum this should be the question. A customs union or no customs union.
To be fair he’d be an ideal PM for Brexit Britain, it’d be a good fit.
