My issue isn’t actually the chlorine. It’s animal welfare. To start of with animal farming is cruel regardless of where in the world it is but the reason that they wash their chicken in chlorine is because in America the chicken can live it’s whole short miserable life swimming in raw untreated sewage and so long as it’s washed in chlorine it’s classed suitable for consumption. They have a single hit approach to the cleanliness of animal welfare whereas the European standard is that it’s a constant process throughout their life. That’s my issue.
Why the hell raise it as an issue then?
There have been programmes uncovering chickens living in what I suspect are similar conditions in the UK. Fact is - if the chlorination isn't an issue for you, you shot down ypur own argument because I would hazard a bet that animal welfare is far more considered generally in the US compared to many countries in the EU

Who said the EU have had nothing to do with it?

What is a part of the withdrawal agreement? It’s part of the withdrawal agreement and no it wouldn’t as it is encouraging countries to decide for themselves ffs.
I’m just pointing out that you’re coming out with twisted ‘facts’.
Those who try to make the EU look faultless.Who said the EU have had nothing to do with it?

FOM is an EU rule. But they are happy to leave everyone in limbo that had moved to another country until they get what they want. In the meantime we have inept people of the UK trying to work out things with inept people from the EU.

Looks like we've just taken a step closer to eating animal shit and rat hair.
And where have I said differently about the Tories?Yes except the inept UK people brought it on themselves. Seems to me that the EU played it better. Now Mrs May has to grovel.
And as usual you have ignored everything I have said on here and made up your own story. You’re talking like the EU elected to eject us not that we voted to leave. How very neutral of you. Twisting responsibility for our actions onto another party.
That was EU food standards at their bestAfter the horse meat scandal it’s a bit rich of us to be condescending to the Yanks about chicken.
And where have I said differently about the Tories?
EU played it better? Only one of them has been of any use. The rest of them have just wanted to cause more trouble. If you call obnoxious twats being obnoxious then you are correct. This could have been a lot easier. But they are more concerned in continuing to get money off us than anything else. Nobody other than them want them to hold all the power. But they always seem to get praise on here.

So I suppose I have never blamed Cameron now.
So what happened to you being a UKIP voter, making racist comments and thinking mates of Tommy Robinson being people to follow? You have gone from one extreme to another.
If it is bollocks why don't you reply?Ha ha ha ha ha.
Ran out of answers so you’re talking bollock again. It ain’t even your bollocks. You’ve reduced yourself to the status of Grendulls parrot.
Yes the Tories have made a mess of it from the start. And this includes offering a referendum if they got in again to get their votes back from UKIP.Astute, it’s their job to extract the best deal for the EU which we (actually, Leave voters) chose to leave of our own free will. They succeeded in that and have won the negotiations quite convincingly. Our crack team of government idiots have failed to get a deal which will pass.
You seem surprised that they have tried to get a good deal for their members who aren’t leaving.
...and being dictated to about our own currency.Looks like we've just taken a step closer to eating animal shit and rat hair.
Yes the Tories have made a mess of it from the start. And this includes offering a referendum if they got in again to get their votes back from UKIP.
Negotiations? They haven't even started yet. The EU said what must happen before the negotiations start and we can't even get that far.
Those in charge of the EU are not trying to get what is best for the other members. That would be a trade deal. And the EU doesn't even want to talk about one yet. They are willing to let us leave without a deal more than talk trade. And all because they need us to stay in and help pay for their projects.
And I don't blame those who voted leave. Remain lied. Leave lied. Remain did project fear. Leave did project fear. Nobody got told the truth. Millions voted for the lies they believed the most and what they feared the most. If they had been told the truth then I would agree more.
Well yes - I guess hou are right, because you keep moving the issue whenever someone counters your argument!I have a feeling that this subject has gone completely over your head.
Show me...where have they said that? The sovereign government of Spain.
Well you talk chicken shit anyway!Looks like we've just taken a step closer to eating animal shit and rat hair.

The less educated you were the more likely you were to vote Leave. Immigration was the number 1 issue for Leave voters yet we know that most immigration comes from outside the EU. We know that most EU migrants come for skilled professional work and that we already had the ability to send them back after a given period of time.
There were some who voted Leave because they were worried about closer integration with Europe. While I don’t see that as a bad thing it is at least a concern grounded in reality. But they were in the minority. Most voted that way because they were too lazy to look a bit deeper.
You can call me arrogant for saying that but there is hard data to back it up. Is there any hard data to back up the claim that Remain voters swallowed bullshit from Cameron?
Would you like to explain why we couldn't talk about a trade deal or are you needlessly defending the EU as usual. The fact that you still can’t grasp why there has to be a withdrawal agreement before a trade deal with everything involved with the GFA and possible UK deregulation is shocking.
And you call those in charge inept?!
We should have been in the Euro then...... :shifty: ...and being dictated to about our own currency.
If it is bollocks why don't you reply?
Exactly. All the evidence is on here. You can't blame anyone for what you have said although you constantly try to.
You voted UKIP and was proud of the fact.
You have made racist comments.
Would you like to say what you said about Tommy's mate or shall I put it up for you? Would prefer your version first. Could do with a laugh.
Make your mind up. Was you being truthful with your past comments or are you being truthful now? Or did you work out how much of an idiot you were previously?
Show me...where have they said that?

The younger voters voted remain. They know nothing else other than being in the EU. A cheaper mobile bill is important. And queuing up at a border is a disaster. And they are very intelligent because they were able to go to university where older voters had no choice but to go to work before they even left school. The less educated you were the more likely you were to vote Leave. Bullshit. That is an interpretation to defend the EU. Talks could be held but nothing signed. Just like we are able to have talks with countries around the world but we are not allowed to sign anything. It’s dictated by article 50. And before you start article 50 was written by a Brit.
Yeah...stories being the operative word. Reality is that people withing the UK & EU have been party to the decision & it might yet be announced that it is a reciprocal arrangementLink was previously supplied in an earlier post. The story is also all over the news.

You either don't understand what is going on or as usual you want to put your own spin on the matter.
And how about getting back to what you called bullshit? You being a UKIP voter who made racist comments and wanted to go on a March with Tommy's mate? I read the thread again earlier. Cheered me up. 20 pages of you at your best.
Point one shows you don't have a clue what is going on.Yeah you think it’s bullshit. It isn’t, that’s how it is and always going to be because of the terms of article 50.
I’m not a UKIP voter. I stand no more side by side to “Tommy’s mate” than you do by attending games so more bullshit. The fact that lots of Tommy’s mates stand with you by liking your posts on a constant basis on this thread puts you considerable nearer to Tommy than I ever will be. Using your moronic train of thought that is.
