The protest (5 Viewers)

Any protests can only be to 2 partys sisu and Wasps. I saw Wasps as being the weaker and would blink first but I’m not so sure now, I was speaking to someone the other day seemed to know what he was on about and he was adamant Wasps won’t bend, that would be a worry.

I’ve read through the whole thread and can’t see anyone stating that they will not say what the protests are about. The nearest is LAST asking why would they bother coming on here to say, when they will be shot down by many of the posters above. I can’t see a post by anyone who claims to be an organiser or someone who took part in the protests and yet they are now getting stick for not sharing what the protests are about. Just look at the snide, sneering comments that are on here from some posters.
I think that they should post on here and then everyone can make their mind up if they want to support it or not. I don’t know any of these people or what their aims are but I think I could hazard a guess that they are concerned that after the next 8 home games we have no where to play. It would seem that Sisu were the target for the after match protest on Saturday. Fair enough in my view, they are one of the major players in this issue. Will staying behind and chanting “Sisu Out” have an influence on the outcome, probably not. If nothing else however, the equally sneery Tim Fisher won’t be able to come out and say that all fans are compliant and there is no opposition to Sisu’s plans. His comment that “ The Ricoh has always been plan A” shows how he can twist things and try to manipulate the media. Okay, it was only on CWR but the media do pick up on these things and do highlight our plight and hopefully bring that plight to a wider audience. At the risk of repeating myself, this protest was at the end of a match and did not affect the game at all. Some of the jeering souls above have stated in the past that this type of protest would cause them no problems. It seems they still need to ridicule those involved.
There was a protest at the council house presumably, against CCC and their lack of support for the City’s premier sports team. CCC have a lot of things to answer for as is frequently pointed out on here by our scoffing friends above. This is obviously still not good enough for some who continue to make “fun”.
LAST has also stated that Wasps will be targeted too completing the trinity of those most people said needed to be held to account. Good move? No, let’s belittle those involved even though presumably most on here, me included, don’t know who they are. As I mentioned above, fine not to do anything if that is what you want, fine not to join in if that is how you feel. Unfortunately the default position for some is to belittle and sneer, feeding off the comments of others to continue the process of denigrating those who have chosen to do something. What would be the motive for those on here who choose to act this way? Do our taunting brothers on here think they are helping our cause?
So can I put you down for the free piggy boat trip or not? Simple yes or no will do.

I agree, I think they should put it on here, publicise what their aims are. What reception do you think the usual crew will give them?

I'd imagine it would get the usual mixed reception

I'd imagine it would also depend on what they're proposing.

What is happening is as they say the silence from the “big” players is deafening. I don’t believe for one minutes the likes of Hoffman and Elliott for example with their consortium allies are just rolling over getting their bellies tickled. We men of straw can do jack shit other than protests, but as has been said who to ?

They might be asked questions about it to which the usual sisu apologist nonsense would come out.

Have you read the whole thread? Not really much sneering apart from one person who seemed to be aggressive about people asking what it was about.

Most have asked genuine questions because they didn't hear anything about it.

Your "usual crew" nonsense sums it up really. It's the usual chest beating let's be angry by the looks of it? The reaction would depend on what is said.

The sad thing is, I was being deadly serious.
I think to be fair he’s Sky Blue Kids less intelligent sibling
Oh look who's joining in with his snidey remarks, Nick side kick Grendel.

Can only image COVKIDSNEVERQUITE is sending some texts out to ask what it's all about.

It's like at Blackpool away where a bloke was going apeshit about the Oystons and turned to his mate to ask who they were.

So Nick, this post of yours, what has this got to do with the protest on Saturday at the Ricoh then ?

It's what you do Nick, when someone has different views to you , you and others start slagging them off.

It's interesting you mention going apeshit and you often talk about CHAVS and their loutish behaviour at football matches, at times you and your fellow CHAVS are no different to the louts at a football match, the only difference is your sitting behind a computer.

I'll say it again it's a from of bullying.

I don't think you really understand, read the thread back.

You don't actually make any points to disagree with. That is what people are getting at.

You are the one swearing and putting things in bold. It's embarrassing.

You are the angry kid in the play ground who gives it loads and gets it back and can't take it.

Yeah and you don't swear and put things in bold do you.

I don't really use bold and try not to swear directly at people. If I do and get a reply I don't cry bullying.

It's not hard to understand
You have and you sometimes do and the bullying you obviously don't understand.

Agree with your post re. publicising and aims of the protests.

The reception from anyone? Can't predict that, but knowing what it is to criticize or praise in the first place would help.

I think @Sky Blue Pete might allude to it in his post, which I do agree with.
Purely and simply for me now at this time any protest is about playing at the Ricoh for the medium term

Have you got covkidsneverquit blocked?

It started by people being constructive and asking about it. He then sneered that they should know.

Pete was more constructive and got constructive replies. Of course any action should primarily be about a deal (for now).

As I said earlier, just because people aren't trying to climb inside each other because they said #sisuout and actually ask questions to figure things out for themselves it seems to upset people.

7 home games to protest.before we have no home. what are you doing to help ?
What are you doing to help?

Sounds a bit like "are you going to be part of the problem or the solution, what are you doing?" Type nonsense.

I think it is this month ccfc have to confirm to the EFL where they are to play their home games and I believe coincidently it is this month when the Supreme Court accept or deny the sisu appeal, shit might hit the fan after that.

On a slight side issue (apologies if it's already been mentioned) , don't the club usually generate income in about April(?) through the early bird offer for next season's ticket sales? This is going to be tricky isn't it and create a cash flow problem while this carries on (perhaps the reduction in players wage bill in the transfer window will have helped- without being cynical!)

...and also at the end of the month the club publish accounts in which auditors will state if the club is a going concern.

Yep, when people like you and Fisherbaiter keep pointing it out over and over it makes things pretty obvious for everybody to see why it is being pushed ;)

Do you not see how blatant it is? It's up there with people following Haskell round with Cowboy hats on begging for Administration.

Why? You know I want to see the back of SISU I said as much in a PM. What is wrong with that. Its not as if you don't have your own adgenda and not only that you have posted 91,418 times and Cpt Dart has posted 7,860 times. So who is the more vociferous and obsessive (especially considering over half my posts are in the off topic section)?

Why are you talking about yourself as a third person? Play the act stupid line all you like if you want ;)

My agenda is CCFC, hence I probably post hundreds of times during each match as well. I don't just rock up to post particular things without reading the thread like a pathetic spammer that gets paid $0.01 per post.

Your agenda is purely about SISU, nothing to do with CCFC. No better than the other twats who work at the council, support cov united and have no interest in what happens to CCFC as long as they think they are getting at SISU.
