Styles will be a more able player to fight for CM than say Kelly or Allen. Leaving Kelly to be phased out and Allen the time to recover from his illness.

The 'Hamer replacement 'more someone who will slot into the starting 11 due to their quality.

Any names being thrown about for the higher quality player or cards close to the chest on that one?

Agreed I guess they were potentially workimg on the styles and kitchen type of player then Have a different calibre of players they need to kick the tyres on to see if there is any appetite for teams to sell.

I said on Saturday that was the first time I can remember for a long time (it was probably a lot shorter than I'm thinking!!) that our subs actually changed the game in our favour.

Was saying in the other thread. The U23s becomes more U18s plus the odd fringe player waiting to go on loan. Match day squad is now 20, that’s basically your first team squad with injuries and backups that travel.
