Lord is spot on though. It shows what the Council treat us, the football club, and highlights the over-inflated price we have to pay for playing at the Ricoh.

I was looking at the bigger picture, you said worthwhile paying £50,000 for the 9000 spectators paying for food, car-parking etc(not sure about the merchandising though, is there an ACL shop selling ACL T-shirts? There should be, would make a fortune selling them to people off here).

Surely if worthwhile paying £50,000 for those, then surely for the amount of footfall we bring through we should be entitled to the same, if not more, as we can guarantee one hell of a more per year.


Do wonder how much was paid to the IOC for the Olympics as well.
