Interested to see how we fair next week against Bristol Rovers see where we are at.

I think we will know where we are at after about 15 games.

Luton last year won 3 of their first 10 games.

This is a massive overreaction tonight, it also suggests that our fans don't think Bolton will get any more points this season

Which they Infact most definitely will

Looking at last seasons finishing side to this keeper & defence this year I feel stronger add Allen into midfield definitely stronger & I would have Godden over Chaplin I think obviously bright & Thomas are a massive miss which we all know, how was Kastanner pre season could he bring what bright did ? Watching clips he looked very similar.

Ok how about this

I play 130 games for Coventry city and score 1 goal , during those 130 games I was substituted on every match with 30 seconds to go.

Is it fair to call me a 1 in 130 striker despite playing just 65 minutes over the course of 130 games

You'd have played around 11,500 minutes though ;)

I don't disagree, we should have won, but our season won't be defined by one result today no matter how disappointing.
Some of the comments on here are embarrassing:

Worst result in our history.
Like Man City losing to Nuneaton

Cunts need to get a grip.
Our season will be defined by days like today, last season was death by many cuts and today was the first of those

you may well be right, but I'll need to see a few more cuts before I start to write this season off as a disaster.
Though if I'm honest, even best case scenario, i don't see us improving on 8th.

You need to score to win games

Same old cliche, same old problems for ccfc

We’ve lost since January Chaplin, Clarke Harris, Bayliss, Thomas and bright all capable of scoring, creating or both

We’ve played two weak teams and scored a goal. To gloss this over is nonsense.

The selling of Baylis and Chaplin I assume was required for FFP rules but it’d a real issue.

Thomas is proof games are not won on starts but on actual game time. We will miss massively his pace, endeavour and defensive work

Bakayoko is a disaster. Id love to know how he was identified as a potential signing. One in 7 goal ratio, known frailties and mentally weak

Hiwula is hit or miss and even in games he’s contributing it’s never for 45 minutes let alone 90

Biamou is at best a third choice number 9 at this level / hrs never ever going to be good enough

Last season goals were a problem - it’s going to be worse this season

People need to manage expectations - offer 14th place now I’d take it
Good points and MR may need to come under the spotlight if it continues.
Southend were routed by Blackpool yesterday at home and were 0-3 down.
Disagree on Max in terms of movement and getting into areas that will result in goals he is well ahead if Baka. To play him on the wing in a 433 rather than up top was really poor management.

If over 46 games a striker gets a goal a game but played 80 minutes a match is offered to you or a striker who scores a goal a game but played 10 mins a match... Who would you want
Both.
