At the risk of asking you to explain something for the millionth time...
As far as I understand it:
- This is Glick-2, which is a ratings system based on chess ranking algorithm
- Players/teams are scored between 1000 and 2000 based on performance
- All players/teams start on a score of 1500
- Then the algorithm takes into account performance over the season (and form?) to adjust each player/team's score
Is that kinda right?
What stats feed into the ratings system when used for football? Or is it purely results based?
