The trouble with sixfields - no player ratings (2 Viewers)

We tend to have more player ratings post when we have played at home but because we are getting approx 155 of our normal home gate there are so few fans watching who can give an actual assessment of how poor we were yesterday.

Could anyone that was there give us some assessments please.

All were poor 5's or 6's, only Phillips (7) comes out with any credit.
Murphy never made a save, 5 shots on target for Tranmere, 5 goals and never got a hand to any of them.

Yes you selfish few think of only yourselves. Me and the other thousands of boycotters will hopefully starve them of enough funds that they'll see sense and return us home. If that happens then we can all give ourselves a pat on the back.

You minority can't.

we played crap and yet they only had 5 shots on target

one of those freak games that always seem to come our way

There was plenty of them last season

I absolutely guarantee the majority of Coventry City fans/supporters still want to see us do well this season even if they don't go to Sixfields.
So you are in the minority.

Ive never said I didn't want us to do well this season. I said I don't care what happens down there.

Sorry but I refuse to be told or dictated to when and when not I can watch my team.

And everyone wants the club to return to Coventry.

Maybe I'm getting the wrong end of the stick then, but wouldn't not caring also include not caring about the result?
And haven't you said in the past you want to see us lose there?

If TF said we can survive here on 2000 attendances but that if it got any lower they would have to consider moving back to Coventry.

Would you miss a few games to force the issue?

Its a double edged sword in a way, we lose the crowd will drop, we win it'll rise.

I've only been to Sixfields twice. The first time we blagged our way into the corporate bit for free! NOPM! Ha ha.

What happened if 7000 went? Stadium constantly sold out. Would we stay in Northampton forever?

I don't think a rise or fall will make any difference to Sisu at all. So I'd rather see us win, regardless of anything else that is what it's all about isn't it?

It's been well documented the amount of money they are losing with this ridiculous decision, so another 1000 or so either way is nothing to them clearly.

But losing home games wont bring us home wont it?

Less fans attending equals less revenue forcing them to rethink?

Do you honesty think if not one personset foot in the place then the fa/fl wouldn't step in or sisu would be forced into bringing the club home?

I'm with valiant on this one, look how many are going to Mk dons?
The same number could go to sickfields but won't, some of us have principles

Sisu didn't move the club to Sixfields because it would make them a shedload of cash. They knew it would cost them a huge amount of money regardless of the attendances, and so I don't believe the size of the crowds is a factor in their thinking at all.
