What? As in the physical structure is deteriorating? I must say, the external maintenance since it was built has been non-existent, no landscaping, it's very tatty looking.

The whole area as you say looks tatty - the conference areas are especially dire. Peeling paintwork, flooded toilets no hot water. You do wonder if the maintenance bills will do for wasps in the end given the low profit margin events generate.
