I think a boycott of Sixfields and attendance of away games is the best approach.
The boycott of Sixfields by most fans, shows potential Sisu stadium investors, that Sisu are unpopular and it's a risky venture. Assuming Sisu need to approach investors with a business plan or like..
Good attendance of away games shows football club investors that CCFC has potential for a new owner, which may lead to an offer to buy from Sisu or give Sisu some angle for a sale.
That' a fair comment, but I do get an impression from these forums, that a lot of the fans are staying away just because of the distance - and don't forget, any new stadium is going to be a lot smaller capacity anyway so they don't have to get everyone back.
If it's mainly distance then why do 7000 decide to go to a game at MKdons?
I think there are a lot of fans that have decided not to give Sisu their money, the move to Northants, ignoring the Cov demo was the final straw for a lot of people.
no business can take them losses , even more when the money is there today. but might not be there tomorrow forget sisu acl s fight ,the gamble is too high
The business I work for budgeted for in excess of £350 million losses over a decade so the idea that a few million will not be signed off is frankly business ignorance.

I think the way forward is to have 2 clubs in coventry. 1) AFC COVENTRY playing at the ricoh and supported by 10,000 NOPM SISU out fans
and 2) a new ground on the outskirts of coventry with CCFC playing there and supported by the 2,000 that are currently attending sixfields, its blatantly obvious that the two sets of supporters are never going to see eye to eye they are as equally as far apart as SISU and the city council.

Grendel finally admitting to being a loser. Well that wont come as a surprise to many on here.
Results of a recent poll I posted:-
1. Yes I would give them my full support 36.36%
2. No, next season is too soon but I would consider it at a later date. 28.57%
3. Never, I consider the team in Northampton to be the true skyblues and would never support anyone else. 35.06%
So if this is accurate and we add 1. and 2. together and assume that the fanbase is still 10,000 then only 3500 would trun up.
There simply isn't support for a new club - but as time goes on I think people will realise this is the only way to get shot of SISU.
Sorry. I'm lost.
If we add 1 & 2 together we get 64.93 which is 6493 fans based on a 10k base. Enough to get any new team up to League football pretty quickly.
Even on the Original figure It would be double what the the current attendance is now ,but i don't think you could extrapolate any real figures from a sample size such as this.
Its also not a very solid foundation to build something derived from impatience and anger ,a bit kneejerk and not likely to be steady state under those conditions .
