Tonight's match, along with Saturdays against the monkeyhangers, will go a long way to deciding whether we make the play-offs or not yet most of the threads on here are about ACL, SISU, the Ricoh, liquidation, administration etc.

The worst aspect of this whole issue is the divisions it seems to have caused between fans of the same club - its different arguing over whether Bell should be sold to Pedigree Dog Food or still has some value as a player but when we are reduced to discussing whether we would prefer Admin or Liquidation its a sad day.

The blame for all this falls at the doors of both ACL and CCFC for not sorting the matter out months ago. The Sky Blue Trust is calling for arbitration to sort out the sorry mess once and for all before its too late.

I would think that making the playoffs would change some of the decisions they are going to make? If we get a Wembly Visit thats a huge wedge of money that would not have been accounted for in the books and that could make a difference of breaking even (I am sure we would get 40K people there) and if we got promoted then that could put us into a positive situation as that would immediatly put £4 mill into the coffers. Providing the ACL(council I dont see the difference) dont play silly buggers before the 2nd May - I see this period of time as the SISU game plan to either payup or close the shop down. So I agree we should just get on and concentrate about the Matches because we can do something about those by getting people off there backsides up to the remaining games to give the players the extra push they may need

I don't know if I wanna see a deal reached where we pay 400k a year rent, when other clubs we are supposed to be competing with get theirs for 10 grand. It's just delaying the inevitable. We can never be competitive

but you cant compare our ricoh stadium with any other in this division as the ricoh is far superior to them so rent will be superior as well economics say so

Think you're over thinking Nick ! All the Trust are saying is everyone is fed up with this thing rumbling on and on and we want both sides to agree with each other (not the Trust) to arbitration. We have spoken to John Beech who has agreed to act as arbitrator. If the two sides won't agree to arbitration then they should consider mediation but it wouldn't be the best option in our opinion.

The problem is that the level of trust between the two parties is non existent - the deal should be straight forward and could be agreed, if kept simple, in an afternoon but so far has taken almost a year and we are now at the stage of liquidation, administration, 3rd Party Debt Orders etc - it has become very personal and that is when any business deal becomes dangerous. All we are saying is between them they appear incapable of coming to a simple decision let a third party come in a make the decision for them both.

The only problem will be when they spend the next 3 months arguing over who the arbitrator is to be, what the terms of reference will be, what matters should be covered, what will be put in the public domain etc etc and in the meantime Joe's famous clock will be ticking. Ideally they would sign an interim deal until the arbitrator rules and then any over or under payments accrued during the arbitration period would be credited/debited.

Scaremongering to the extreme. Will ACL listen? Do they have a choice? What Fisher has done is firmly placed the ball in ACL's court where they are now legally obliged to respond.

Anyone who thinks SISU would shut up shop because they won't pay £400k rent is on another planet, a rent they have stated they agree to! What will Fisher say next week after that statement? If they meant it what is the benefit to SISU here?

Just imagine for a moment Pressley sues for being given a contract that was a lie just 2 weeks ago? 3.5 years at say £100k? Plus compensation and cost added. Then more law suits added to that by many others?

There is a passionate underbelly to all of this and as far as I can tell something is missing from this story because it sure as hell makes no sense even at the simplest of levels like appointing a new manager last week. If this was in their thoughts why do that? Why bother?

The damage being caused by all this to the team can't be ignored. Last month there were threats of players not being paid but eventually were. Now this?

I'm begining to wonder if they inhabit a different planet from the rest of us?
