Being stuck behind someone ordering their mochachocafrappafuckaccino when I just want a cold drink
it's good of her to still go down, even though she's not feeling well.My wife at the moment!
Gone down with a pretty virulent dose of Covid. Coughing my lungs up and feeling shit.
Response from my wife - That cough is really annoying! FFS!
Or do their effing shopping !Waiting behind someone at the petrol pump ..and when they go in the shop to pay they go to the coffee machine instead of the counter
You must be seriously worth leching at!Psyching yourself up to go for a late night trip to the gym, clearing the car of snow, only to get inside the gym and be told by the only member of staff that I have ever seen that the gym was closing because the CCTV wasn't working. Absolutely fizzing right now.
yes, but he had to drive to the gym, in order to go for a run on the treadmillThere should be a special license for people who can drive when it snows.
It's fucking embarrassing. Mayhem.
Gary Lineker
Don't wanna turn this all political again but the fact the the ten o clock news opened with a story about a tweet sent by Gary Lineker.
Clarkson got sacked for twatting someone didn't he? Hardly fucking cancelled either. It's the whole cancellation thing and double standards.
I know the BBC have different rules but when you see Clarkson getting "cancelled" for saying things then it really needs to be consistent (regardless of which side of politics they are on).
Personally, I don't think either of them are "cancel-worthy".
was also for saying that people should throw bags of shit at MeghanClarkson got sacked for twatting someone didn't he? Hardly fucking cancelled either.
That was post "cancellation" obviously.was also for saying that people should throw bags of shit at Meghan
He had a regular series of 'chats' with his bosses about things he'd said before that, too.Clarkson got sacked for twatting someone didn't he? Hardly fucking cancelled either.

He still has his newspaper columns, Who Wants to be a Millionaire is carrying on with him, and Clarkson's Farm is continuing too and has a series after this. Meanwhile, the Grand Tour carries on until 2024-2025.No, I mean the recent ones....
That was post "cancellation" obviously.
Thought nick was comparing the beebs treatment of two people in a similar position. Turned out to not be the case.No it wasn’t. I assume everyone now supports Clarksons freedom of speech?
Then you'd be complaining about only having a telephone appointmentThe NHS again, had a referral to the hospital. Finally got in after 7 months after they cancelled 4 previous appointments.
Day off work to go to it.
Go in, he asks all the same questions as the gp then says "ok we will refer you for tests, you will get an appointment in the post"
When asking what the point was "we don't really trust gp's".
Waste of fucking time. I had no need to actually be there, he could have rang me to ask me the questions and taken 3 minutes.
If it was just to ask me a couple of questions I wouldn't. Wouldn't have to pay stupid car parking charges then either. Then you'd be complaining about only having a telephone appointment
His words "we like to check ourselves because the GP's will usually just put the answers down and send people over". Then asked exactly the same thing.Seems like a lot of GP work could be streamlined. Love a phone consultation myself. There’s online private clinics where you use an app or an online form to give them information. Seems a lot more efficient. Surely the first few questions are pretty generic.
The only thing I can say (and I don't know what you're there for) but they do the same for my Mum - the consultant admitted last time in her particular case it was as much that they can see her as well as get the answers. One time he asked the questions and was clearly not listening particularly, but was already sorting out the referral to the ward because he was concerned with how she was sitting in the chair. Another time he refused to sign off an operation because she turned up in a wheelchair and so was obviously too weak because of that - her answers were the same she'd have given if she answered from home. The NHS again, had a referral to the hospital. Everything's different of course and I'm by no means against a phone call. I love the way my doctor works now - rings people first, decides if they need to come in or not based on that, means if you have something properly wrong with you you're far more likely to be actually seen than in the days when it was get an appointment in a week, or sit in the waiting room from 8am and hope, because he's already filtered out the needy ones!

Got to say really impressed here under Oxfordshire NHS. From econsult to surgery through x-ray, hospital consultation, new hip and discharge was a total of 12 weeks. The NHS again, had a referral to the hospital. Finally got in after 7 months after they cancelled 4 previous appointments.

That's a nightmare to be honest. Did you go for lunch at the Subway though to soften the blow? The NHS again, had a referral to the hospital. Finally got in after 7 months after they cancelled 4 previous appointments.
