Next annoyance is the endless stream of ridiculous, pointless podcasts produced by the BBC, mainly involving football. As if listening to Ella Toone and Alessia Russo giggling over a cup of coffee wouldn't be bad enough, this morning i heard a trailer for "My mate's a footballer" with (wait for it) Joe Wilkinson and Patrick Bamford.
And the whole Match of the Day Top 10 podcast with Lineker, Shearer and Micah Richards can just fuck off.
The whole concept as a form of entertainment evades me. How much do these things cost to make and how many hits do they get? It surely can't be many. Are people REALLY that interested in the minutiae of what minor celebs and even more minor players think about the game?
Absolutely. I use the bus a few times a week, mainly Fridays when I catch the bus from Leamington to Rugby for work. There is always someone talking loudly or listening to music or watching a film without headphones. Drives me mad.
A team of staff getting bollocked instead of just the one member consistently making the same mistakes. Cowardly management. Is it not just better to take the individual to the side and give them a gentle reminder of processes?
Facebook in general for me. It's basically unusable now. You get one post from someone you follow and are actually interested in followed by literally 20 adverts and suggested posts you don't give a shit about.Blatant fraudsters on Facebook marketplace, using comical profiles to try and get your bank details.
Agree with this 100%, scrolling through your feed is just an exercise in dodging clickbait and, as you said, shit you’re just not interested in.Facebook in general for me. Usage must be through the floor, I've gone form checking it several times a day to a couple of minutes a day before I give up.

Probably porn posting bots really.Same as Twitter which is just bots posting porn.
I'd much rather get porn than suggestions that I might like Aston VillaSame as Twitter which is just bots posting porn.
i bought a new mixing desk a couple of years ago. for months afterwards i was getting adverts flip up for mixing desks.Agree with this 100%, scrolling through your feed is just an exercise in dodging clickbait and, as you said, shit you’re just not interested in.
The prevalence of AI Bot accounts trying to befriend me is worrying too.

Agree.May have already been said (and possibly even by me!) but…
Uber drivers are without doubt the most dangerous drivers on the road.
Ever since they turned up, standard of taxi driving has slumped. They hurtle round the outside of me, deliberately choose the wrong lanes, scythe across moving traffic to be on time... and that's if they know what they're doing!May have already been said (and possibly even by me!) but…

The way the criminal/police system is set up to pander to the offenders.
Police don't give 2 shits when presented with clear evidence/easy arrest.
Courts awarding compensation for criminal damage to be drip fed from scumbag's benefits. By the time you get said compensation, the quote is void and prices have increased, laughable.
Years ago when I was a youth I got mugged at knife point. I'm pretty sure I got sent about £5 a month to pay for my Nokia 5110.Does the court not award you the damages in full and claim the money back from the offender?

The whole country is, Torch!Temporary traffic lights. Warwick and Leamington is a fucking nightmare.
i raise you with Amazon driversMay have already been said (and possibly even by me!) but…

Yeah but those two cars are Uber eats returning from from their deliveries! The whole country is, Torch!
The highway authority (generally the county council or unitary authority) apparently have a statutory duty to authorise enabling works for building developments which have been granted permission (and it usually means water, then gas, then electricity, then drainage, then telecoms, then the junction construction), so this will generally get worse as the number of house builds increases.
However, in my view, they exert zero control over what the set-up of these lights looks like, either from a risk perspective or from the impact it has on traffic and other road users (e.g. having three-way lights with equal timings, when one of them is a road which has about 2 cars per hour wanting to come out of it, and my bugbear of not being cleared away at the end of the workday when there are no works in the carriageway).
In short, county council highways don't have a f*cking clue!
Cyclists on pavements.
Cyclists on pavements using their mobile phone.
Cyclists overtaking me in a 20mph zone.
Cyclists jumping red lights.
Cyclists not having to use cycle lanes where provided,

My wife and I were walking on the pavement when a young bloke came towards us on his bike, mobile phone in hand. Didn’t slow down or make any attempt to avoid us, I wish I had had a stick to poke in his spokes. When I am out walking I get them on the other all the time and they moan when I don’t get out of the way for them and those electric scooter things.
Ooh cruel!!🫣My wife and I were walking on the pavement when a young bloke came towards us on his bike, mobile phone in hand. Didn’t slow down or make any attempt to avoid us, I wish I had had a stick to poke in his spokes.
