Gypsies - coming back from the CBS, waiting at the lights to go up the A444, lights turn to green and a convoy of gypsies come piling through on red from the right, cars braking, horns going. how there wasn't an accident I don't know
Not just Gypsies been in Cov twice in the last week and seen 3 incidents of people going over lights that are clearly on on red. In one if I had not stopped when turning right into Lockhust lane from Foleshill road . The guy inside of me going straight over reacted to me stopping otherwise a Lady jumping the light would have wiped him out.

It is a kind of ‘ASMR’ where people somehow enjoy the noises of eating
I don't understand the whole ASMR thing! Youtube appears to be littered with videos of women vacuuming or washing up or changing the duvet cover, and this is supposed to induce some kind of goosebump tingling sensation? Doesn't do it for me, i must say. The fact that they are often scantily-clad can help, mind!
I don't understand human behaviour at all anymore!

This crew then parked in the KFC car park at Bermuda Park, then caused all kinds of mayhem in Nuneaton Saturday. Police escorted them out of the county on Sunday, just pushing them to be someone else's problem

I'm with you on this one, the ASMR and similar phenomena are utterly bewildering to me.

I think-and I may be wrong on this-that it is possible that mankind is not really making the most of the internet..

Which reminds me, I've not had a pie at the ground in years.

Do they still heat them to nuclear core meltdown temperatures?

That could be moderately annoying/scarring too...

An autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, and is the term for the sensation people get when they watch stimulating videos or take part in other activities.
I don't think they mean THOSE sorts of stimulating videos or other activities!! Just watching women hoovering, seemingly! All VERY odd!

I just remembered one....

'Pies' that are actually just meat and gravy in a bowl with a slice of pastry sitting on the top.

That is basically criminal misrepresentation.
I would take that against the dog meat pies they serve at the cbs - a guy near me always has one , I gag when he eats it !

A new dedicated cycle lane has been installed on the Binley Road, yet some cyclists are still using the road and causing traffic hold ups...

Fuck off!

Because the average speed on the cycle lane is lower the lesser spotted mammil will lose milliseconds off his strava time

This Air Traffic Control issue and people's response to it.

Why is the UK so full of people that are not capable of surviving one minute outside of their normal lives? 'Stranded' in Mallorca. Give me a fucking break. It isn't the middle of Mongolia. The best one was this couple on page one of BBC news. 'We don't think we are going to make it to our wedding in Italy on time'. Their wedding is on Saturday, that gives them several days from yesterday. Ever heard of a ferry and driving, or a train? It is northern Italy, not the North Pole.

I saw something the other day asking why so many Brits just do package holidays, and the response was that it is less hassle. I can understand that in some cases with young families etc, but I actually think many people are not capable of actually doing research and booking something themselves. Another good one from today: 'Anyone in the UK know if flights are taking off on time today'? - Here's an idea, use the phone you just posted to Facebook and google it, use flightradar24, go on the fucking website of the airport and check the departure boards.

Agree, plenty of people in this country can't even do the most basic of things,

It's not just this nation that do package holidays, loads of other European nations do the same thing. On a similar note, I used to work with this women who had been all over the world on holidays but not once left the hotel. Might as well have booked 2 weeks in benidorm every year for the amount she experienced.
