Being the only person in the house able to switch a light off when leaving a room!

Used to wind me right up that, now switched to LED's everywhere and couldn't care less as I can power the majority of the lighting in the house for one of the old type of bulbs.

They're pretty good aren't and last for around 6-7 year's, until you pop into local warehouse and they're in the bargain section,G10 on the label but they don't reach properly as there's something wrong in 5design!

They're fantastic tbf, cost about £30 to do the whole house and probably save double that every year on the electric bill

Even better if you get smart led bulbs so they go off automatically

We need to do this for fridges and cookers and whatever. Just make it so efficient we can all have ten and it doesn’t matter.

Again. Lack of planning when doing roadworks.

Doing stuff on every route at the same time is just stupid. Add in buses and bin men stopping when things are down to one lane.

10 minute drive taking 45 minutes.

Its madness, every route has roadworks and lane closures.

An hour to do 7 miles this morning.

Although from there to walsgrave I'd have gone down to the services and got on the M6 🤣

The mark up on coffee is exceptionally high. I know for example its Wetherspoons most lucrative product. They even let you have 'free refills'. The beans represent only a fraction of the cost in any case. The price increases over the past few years have been huge, 60% ish.

Constant road/motorway closures. Did the round trip yesterday from Poole to CBS and if I hadn't of stopped off it would have still been gone 3am by the time I was back. Rolled in at 4:30 🤦‍♂️

That not only have the few cyclists around had millions and millions of pounds of cycle lanes built for them taking up half the already congested "main roads" in the Bournemouth and Poole area that they don't legally have to use, they still feel the need to cycle on the pedestrian side or even better, against the flow of traffic...

Also record high cocoa prices can impact coffee market too. Pricing action in response to rising input costs though really pisses me off because it's about protecting shape versus absolute earnings. Like it's more important for a company to keep a 45% Margin than it is to deliver the same absolute dollars in earnings. Just greedy
